i would give this service zero stars if i could. i made a reservation over the phone for an early…read moremorning ride from Solitude to SLC. i specifically requested a 4WD vehicle as the sprinter van that brought us to the condo (from another service) couldn't make it up the hill. the dispatcher assured me that this wouldn't be a problem. the driver texted when he was on his way and arrived to the resort on time but got stuck at the bottom of the hill. when we went out to see what was going on, we saw that he was driving an old van with only rear-wheel drive and that he was stuck in a snow embankment. my husband helped him try to dig out and push the van but after an hour and fifteen minutes of this, we were in danger of missing our flight, and we finally had to wake up a friend to take us to SLC. big kudos to the driver for his effort so no fault to him. he even offered to call his office for a 4WD to come pick us up. but after this request was not fulfilled the first time, we didn't trust that an actual 4WD would arrive.

Igor was very attentive and courteous, he met us just outside the security area, helped with luggage, opened the car doors, loaded the vehicle and made the very last part of our travels as easy as possible. After all that the drive was safe and comfortable. We got to know Igor a bit. His experience as a driver is phenomenal and it shows. I got the chance to chat with Igor on the drive and found out that he had one of the biggest chauffeur companies in Ukraine but he and his family were forced to flee the country at the start of the war and he had to abandon his business. So I called Divine Limousine to see if by ANY chance they could do a last minute booking. The nice lady on the phone told me she'd check with a driver and call me back. A few minutes later, she called and I was scheduled for a pick up. My wife was surprised (and a bit embarrassed-she doesn't like attention) and we were whisked away for an evening of celebration. The car arrived right on time and the driver offered to take our picture in front of it. She showed us how to connect our phone to the car's bluetooth so we could play our music and we were on our way. The car itself was a little dated and dusty. The floor was a little dirty from previous guests. The glassware didn't match and there were different colored napkins in them. These were all minor things, but in situations like this-details count. The driver was absolutely wonderful-she accommodated our request to stay longer than scheduled and was easy to work with. We just texted her when we were done with dinner and ready to be picked up again. If you're looking for a fun way to get your celebration started, this is memorable way to do it!
