They missed one stump, and when i called them about it, they came back the next day to grind the second stump. Nice to see a company make things "right"! Will definitely use them again. A second crew showed up one or two days later. They too were sent off the job because of bad workmanship. A third crew arrived and decimated an old oak that was a major, dramatic feature of our house. They were told by me and the first manager that came to look at the job that the was not to be touched. Our very expensive tree lighting was also disturbed and broken. They fixed one fixture but when dealing with the others they broke they refused to replace them or reimburse me for having them fixed. They charged a great deal of money and were completely paid.
