I write this as a reference to the Character of Mr. Bobby…read more I own land in the Tampa surrounding area and was in need of tree trimming services. So I googled and found Mr. Bobby, All Your Way Tree Service. During our call I explained my dilemma to him and he asked that I send him the address and told me that I would hear from him tomorrow. In my mind I thought to myself .... yeah okay sure. Sure enough, he called just as stated. Not only did he call but also he sent me photos of the property and informed me of several/concerns related to the property with photos. Although at that moment, Mr. Bobby did not enter into a work agreement with me due to certain circumstances that he made me aware of I HIGHLY RECOMMEND him to anyone in the Tampa or surrounding area that is in need of service. The level of character and decency that was extended to me as a total stranger warmed my heart and restored my faith in humanity. If he were supportive of me (a total stranger), I would highly trust/recommend him to handle any landscaping needs. Thanks Mr. Bobby I will certainly be in contact with you.

They left after a few hours leaving all of their tools scattered around the driveway. it seems that the man that was in the trees got unhappy and left the job. A second crew showed up one or two days later. They too were sent off the job because of bad workmanship. A third crew arrived and decimated an old oak that was a major, dramatic feature of our house. They were told by me and the first manager that came to look at the job that the was not to be touched. Our very expensive tree lighting was also disturbed and broken. They fixed one fixture but when dealing with the others they broke they refused to replace them or reimburse me for having them fixed. They charged a great deal of money and were completely paid.

They also removed a dead palm tree, a large traveller palm, and trimmed bushes across the back of my property. i was more than satisfied with their work. They cleaned up after themselves before they left. All this was done at a very reasonable price. They will be my go to tree and trim company from now on. I highly recommend them.

Three men in two hours removed six small to medium trees. There were no problems. They also sent out a stump grinder to finish grinding a stump because the previous stump grinder failed to complete the job. I will have some more work for Augustus I am sure.

I even explained it to the ground crew before they started. Everybody seemed to understand, but unfortunately, this still happened. When I asked Joe the owner for an explanation I was met with an aggressive, arrogant, smug reaction during which little was offered to remedy the situation or assuage my concerns about the health of the tree going forward. You don't have to be an ISA certified arborist to read the industry standards and understand for yourself that over pruning a large palm in front of your house is not a good idea. It invites disease and can exacerbate wind damage especially in our storm prone region. I expect a company led by a certified arborist would have known that and abided by the published and well-regarded science. I don't like giving negative reviews to local companies but in this case it is warranted. I've made complaints to Joe's certifying board, the department of consumer affairs and will continue to write reviews on relevant websites available to the public.
