Not only can you learn taekwondo here, but you can also just come to the Kickfit class to get a group exercise in, as well as zumba. There are classes several times a day for different groups, it is extremely family friendly, and flexible. The head coach of the Competition Team is also a coach for Peak Performance, and some of the students at Kick's also got brought onto the amazing Peak team. The Rose family is so amazing and encouraging. The other people training at Kick's are welcoming too, it feels like a big family. There are so many opportunities here and I highly recommend it to everyone.
