They have a nice introductory offer where you get three classes and a free pair of boxing gloves for $30. They currently have 4 options for colors of gloves: royal blue, neon yellow, green, and orange. I chose the yellow because they glow in the black lights at my other glow boxing class. The gloves are left over from when they used to be "I Love Kickboxing" and you can kind of tell who's new by the color of their gloves. They used to have pink and purple gloves too. They like you to arrive about 15 minutes early to your class. They do temperature checks at the door which is nice. They have cubby holes to put your stuff. There's a front lobby area and the kickboxing area is large and spacious. The bags are standing instead of hanging so you can really give them a good kick lol, and they're on a mat which is comfortable and great on your joints and feet. When you first arrive, you take your shoes off to be on the mat. When you sign up for classes, you do it through the Fit Theorem app. Sundays and Mondays they offer a Foundations Kickboxing class which I would highly suggest starting with first. They teach you all of the punches and the combos are less complicated while you're still learning and working on form. Fridays they have their Fri-yay class which is super fun and hyped up. People are dancing between circuits. The combos are pretty advanced though and get more complicated so this is a good class to work up to. I actually went to this as my first class, not knowing anything about boxing lol. Garvis, one of the instructors came over and helped me and basically gave me a one-on-one session. He was super helpful and I feel like I learned a lot about the punches and stance and getting the form and posture right. Brittany teaches the Fri-Yay class and she is so sweet, encouraging, and high energy. It was a lot of fun! All of the instructors are very nice, helpful, and encouraging. I like how they break down the actual punches and kicks here and they'll walk around and give you pointers on how to improve. I did a foundations class and it was really great too. The classes are done in intervals/circuits with a few minutes doing punch combos on the bag and then a few minutes off the bag, on the mat doing some cardio. The air conditioning is always icy cold inside which I love because you can really get hot/sweaty during the workout. The music is always hype/fun and really helps you get into it. The instructors have a microphone on so you can hear them well. Fit Theorem also offers yoga and kettle-ball/strength training classes. They offer challenges sometimes and it's about $399 for unlimited classes for 42 days and includes weight-loss/dietary coaching too. If you lose 25 lbs or 6 % of your body weight, they'll refund you the money you paid for the challenge. Drop-in classes are $20 a class. Five classes is $97 and 10 classes are around $179. I really like Fit Theorem for kickboxing. They're so great at breaking down and teaching you the punches, kicks, combos, and the instructors are really good: really passionate about what they do and are so helpful, and encouraging. Class attendees are all different skill levels, weights, and ages. Some people are pros who have been doing this for years and some people are just starting out with their first kickboxing class. They're located in a strip mall with a grocery store and Jimmy John's and there's always lots of parking spots available.

It's a place where I get support and encouragement. It's a place that allows me to build the best version on myself physically and mentally. The accountability is very important when trying to reach any goal and with the Theorem not only do I have coaches that keep me accountable I have a whole fitfam. Every day that I take class I feel accomplished and that much stronger. The results are real and here our warmup is most people's workout.

Also full bathroom and changing room available, and they have water, Gatorade and prepped meals all for purchase. I did the 9Round in Alexandria, Virginia and this is similar with the exception of the 24-7 access which is a brilliant idea and makes it more like a 24-7 private gym club that you can use whenever but the perks are that it is more fun due to being boxing! Asked a…read moresimple question and he decided to treat me with an immeasurable amount of disrespect and decided to interrupt me when I was trying to answer his questions about the gyms policy about a day pass. He accused me of being shifty when all I did was provide detail into each answer I gave. Treated me like I was some sort of dog expecting me to give simple yes or no's for each question he asked. Then when I asked a question about whether or not I would be able to get a simple lift in he interrupted me and told me that I needed to answer his questions. If I could give ZERO stars, I would. This is the absolute worst location in this company I've ever dealt with, and it's filled with horrible, disrespectful people. The staff can't get anything right, and they treat you like absolute garbage. The level of customer service here is appalling, and it's beyond me how this place is still in business after they treat s mixed family. When Linda Brooks ran the Troy location or Jason Bird managed it, things were a million times better. Now? A total disaster. Stevie, the so-called manager, is hands down the worst customer service "professional" I've ever encountered. She wouldn't even try to fix the issues at all, was like it is what it is,and her energy is totally I hate being here attitude. I've been a loyal customer since the Minneapolis location opened, even worked at the Troy location when it first launched, and have visited the Las Vegas location multiple times when in town. But this? This is a new low. I walked in today, thinking I had a family membership, and was greeted by Anna, who clearly had no clue what she was doing. She looked overwhelmed and like she couldn't care less. It's FATHER'S DAY, for crying out loud, and I was told I wasn't allowed entry unless I paid an additional $60 for my wife and son. We had just driven 54 minutes to get here, and now I'm being charged for MY OWN MEMBERSHIP and family. How is that even a thing?! What happens to caring about the customers. But that's not even the worst of it. The dry heat sauna was broken last week, then the power went out, then they closed for another outage the week before that. And now, after all that, they're charging me another $60? For what? Because of their incompetence and caring about the customers. Stevie was rude from the jump, disrespectful, and had the worst dry attitude imaginable, treating me like I was some inconvenience to her. After that, she just sat in the back office, not doing a single thing to help. Not once did anyone offer a solution or show any sense of care or respect for my situation. Honestly, it was like I was invisible. At this point, I'm seriously considering canceling my membership because this company clearly doesn't care about its members or guests which you can see with the 3 star reviews. Without us, you have no business, no revenue, and no reason to exist. So why on earth would you treat your paying customers like this? The lack of respect is beyond infuriating. If I could rate this place NEGATIVE INFINITY, I would. And you better believe I'm going to put this all over my social media.
