Champion Xpress Carwash - Car Wash Near Me - Albuquerque, New Mexico

i'm not happy with champion car wash. I went in August 7 to get my car washed but before getting it washed, I bought the special deal they offered me for $24 but when I came to $26. I went through the car wash then I went to vacuum the car on one side I put the hose back my step because of the parking cement block they have there got the other hose car put the hose back watch my so I didn't trip. I'm 75 years old so I have to be careful. The next day, I noticed the scratches, so went to the champion and complained about it. I filled out a blank sheet of paper with all the information on it. I wanted to speak to the manager but was told he'd be in on the next day which will be a Sunday. I went in on Sunday and he wanted me to fill out a blank paper again, but I I had done it and he said it was sent in and I would hear from corporate. As of August 19 I have still not heard anything from corporate. My car at the time was two months old going on three mo. very disappointed!!! I pressed the wrong star for the reading experience. I give it the lowest star. read more

A decent and up to date car wash with a fair price for a monthly subscription. I guess that's what you'd call it. You can pay one flat price depending on how big of a car wash you want and then you get unlimited car washes within that month. You also get the free vacuum which is awesome. read more

Champion Xpress signed us up for a membership that we did not agree to. They defrauded us for more than $640. $37 a month!!! I pay less than that for full service with vacuum and windows. They agreed to reimburse us $200. Which means they stole $420 from us. If you use Champion Xpress, check your accounts frequently. read more

Helpful and friendly staff. Good value- Sudsy and thorough wash even with the cheapest option. Plenty of towels for drying off your car. Vacuums have amazing suction. Prepare to have cash on hand to tip if you receive good service with the post wash dry off that the staff does on the windows. If I was staying in town or a local, I would get the membership. read more

I took my new Toyota RAV4 for a car wash since it had gotten dirty driving in the mountains in the snow. After the car wash I went to wipe it down & found the complete back of my car hadn't been cleaned at all. I complained to the manager & he told me to run it through the car wash again. Same result When I showed the manager he proceeded to wipe down the back of my car with a dirty towel which just smeared the dirt. I'll never take my car through a run through car wash again!! read more

Carwashes in ABQ....A NECESSITY am i right? I've been there & done that with Mister, never felt I was getting the wash i paid for and always felt like a herd being pushed thru like cattle. I decided to check out Champion on my commute home from work. They are doing something right! My car looks like I just drove off the sales lot. The staff is amazing. They even have coupons! They also don't high pressure sales pitch you into monthly wash clubs. Needless to say I suffer Alameda traffic to get my million dollar wash, and I forever will be. read more

I have been a member for almost a year now . I do you love how my car come out get cleaned. It is common to push your mirrors in when you're going through a self washing car wash to be on the safe side. I do ask the workers if we're going through the car wash if they can push my mirrors in and they're more than happy to do so. The other nice little feature that they have is they will drive your car off when you're done going through the wash. Very nice and friendly staff read more

I had started going to this Carwash because they were wiping down my cars after the wash and it really made a huge difference but today they didn't. I almost switched my membership from another Carwash that is closer to my house. I'm so glad I didn't. I guess I'm back to taking my cars home after the car wash to dry them myself or paying extra. Worst car wash I have ever purchased .I had to go home and wipe the soap out of the crevices never return.

UPDATE 6/16/22: After Champion Xpress Carwash reached out to us, they took care of our issues and completely apologized for the misunderstanding. We really like the car wash and will continue using it, especially after they made such a great effort to contact us directly. The CEO, Michael Murry, explained that they are in process of establishing a customer service number which will be very helpful in the future. Thank you to Champion Xpress Carwash! 6/15/22: I have mixed feelings on Champion Xpress Carwash (previously Rain Tunnel). I think they do a great job at the car wash, however the information we were given for the cost of the "wash package" was not what we have been paying for. We have been overpaying for a couple of months and there is no contact information to speak to anyone about the error. We found a phone number for the headquarters and they told us they would have someone call us about the error but we have never heard from anyone. We even signed up on their website in order to manage our account but there is still no "contact number" to speak to anyone about the overcharge error. We have cancelled our "membership" due to poor customer service and being overcharged without being able to correct it. read more

I have been a customer for 2 years now and wash is generally good. Unfortunately, I haven't heard back to get my UNMH employee discount to switch over to wash #1 for same price. the online message system obviously doesn't work. There's no customer service number I can call and I guess my discount won't be applied. read more

My Car was damaged in this carwash. The track was off and/or the spacing wasn't enough in between the car in front of me and my car. My bumper was smashed due to our cars bumping each other repeatedly about half way through the carwash. It happened on 7/23/2024. The manager that handled the paperwork seemed very nice and I was told that I would get a follow up phone call or email to let me know the progress of the claim. I've been by their four times since and what I'm told by different employees is: The people that own this company are Christian and don't worry about it, We haven't heard anything back from upper management or the owners, There's nothing we can do, This process takes six to 8 weeks, and finally, please stop coming in here, someone will eventually get in contact with you. No-one answers the phone at this business. I asked for there insurance info and they said they don't have it. I asked for a direct contact and they don't have one or can't provide me with one. read more

Do not use this company!!!!! I cannot stress it enough. My friend and I went to them and they SCRATCHED the inside of his car door. This was in February. February 16, 2022. The lady inside, Leandra, assured us that it would be fixed. We went and got the three estimates and was assured his truck would be fixed by March. It is now June and we have contacted them many times and still NOTHING! They won't help if they screw up your car. Not worth the time or the money. Go to another car wash or wash your car in your driveway. Either way, it's better than going to this place. read more

I would give zero stars if possible. Champion Car Wash may be decent on your vehicle but they are poor members of their community. For starters, their machinery is quite loud; that however is not such a large problem if it weren't compounded by the fact that their employees are constantly yelling. Even the cheapest employers can afford pagers or other similar devices so that their employees aren't constantly yelling across the store. Last of all, often there are people breaking the noise ordinance laws with their subwoofers. When this happens I have to drive around to Champion Car Wash and ask the employees to do their job and ask the customer in question to lower the volume. Which, if they gave half a crap about the community around them, they would have a policy of no excessive music in their establishments. To sum up, I hope this terrible noise factory of a car wash goes out of business soon. read more

We have been here several time and they generally were great. However, we went in just this week to was my Escalade. I had went in as normally do and came out with parts missing off my running border. Had to stop the line and pick up my Crome , and the cap. When asked to speak to the Manager who said they don't do anything for cars older that 5 years. Explained what happened totally admitted it was their fault but basically it was not their problem. I didn't ask them to fix it. Was not even a Sorry, this happened to us!! Poor management or people skills. read more

I love my visits to Champion,great staff but sad to hear they let a 5 star Manager go at Alemeda location He was all about Customer Service making sure your car was looking great and you drove away satisfied.Now I switched locations to the friendly smiles on Coors!!I notice not to many staff so when you have great employees hold on to them .... read more

I got the month long member ship but only took my car in 3-4 times and the while front end of my car got dented and the paint started chipping! All the way to the metal do not recommend using there monthly service or going there more then once a month read more
