Love my shiny, new looking car that's thoroughly clean (with great smell) inside out! My car has long been overdue for cleaning...and in my mind..was simply so filthy from all the dust and fur from frequent rides and shuttling my dogs to places! While my dogs didn't judge how fithy my car was...I as an owner felt pretty embarrassed and ashamed how poorly my car's maintenance and cleanliness were. I was able to schedule my appointment online...and even when I called them the day before my appointment that I needed to reschedule my appt last minute..they didn't make a big deal out of a hassle I caused. I knew my car would take a long time to clean/detail...and I just wanted to make sure I wasn't too tight on my time and that the car could be thoroughly cleaned. On the day of my appointment, Anthony (#2!) helped take a look at my car and quoted a price that was acceptable to me. He was very honest with the condition of my car and gave me a realistic timeframe on how long it may take them to clean my car. I ended up rescheduling it the next day since I had a meeting to attend and it would take a while to get it thoroughly clean. On the day of, Anthony was super flexible. He even showed up 30 min earlier before the shop open to wait for me. After I dropped my car off, he dropped me off to whichever location I wanted to go...and even picked me up when my car was done! So convenient..and I got to relax and not wait in an office while waiting for the car to be cleaned, too! It took almost all day to clean my car...since it was soooo filthy! (hey...I'm not really a car person..and thus never seriously cleaned my car..since it was going to get ruined by my dogs so frequently). But..when I saw my car after they cleaned it...WOWWWW is an understatement. I think it looked even much better than when I bought my car used/secondhanded from an online marketplace! The owner Anthony (#1) was also just as pleasant to talk to as Anthony (the guy who led cleaning of my car!. I would definitely love to use this business again when I need my car cleaning shenanigans done. They do a lot of things based on my conversation with them...regular cleaning, dog/dust cleaning, hazmat cleaning, etc. Talk to them and see what may suit you. Previously I left a 2 star review because when I called it went straight to voicemail and the voicemail box was full. I wasn't sure if they were even still in business because it's pretty rare to find an open business's voicemail box full during normal business hours. I called back another day and they immediately answered so I went and removed my review. However, then I checked my Yelp messages and found a rude message from the owner accusing me of "doing this to multiple companies" which is absolutely not true - go read my reviews for yourself! He said he had no record of my calling or making an appointment - well duh, how would you have a record of it if you didn't answer your phone and your voicemail box was full so I couldn't leave a message?! A business owner should be concerned that their employees aren't answering the phone or checking voicemails because that obviously loses money. My car was stolen and when it was found the whole car was filled with stolen junk and was full of paraphernalia. They also smoked in it and had a dog. I called around and no one could get to me till the next week. My car was so disgusting and I did not want to wait. When I called 1perfection he was busy with other cars but told me he would make time. They even came and picked it up. With how much crap and drugs in the car I didn't even know if they'd take it. They did not hesitate took my car cleaned it so well and used special chemicals to get rid of all contamination from the drugs It did not take them long. He was very quick and responsive and had a next day appointment available for me (which was really important because I had a giant food stain from Easter I needed out of my company vehicle ASAP). The pricing is fair and they did a very thorough job on the inside and out. My car STILL smells great and it's been a week. I dropped my car off and they drove me home and brought my car back to me. The really tough stain didn't come out the first tone, so they told me to bring it back and went back over it and it's gone now. So I had to have my vehicle carpets shampooed and steamed because kids vomit and release other bodily fluids. I needed this done on short notice and Anthony was able to get the van in that same day. They were also willing to work with me as I was out of state and having someone else dropping the van off. I was a bit apprehensive as Anthony came across a little abrasive in messaging, but I decided to go with them. I was a bit shocked at the cost, but they did a great job and the van turned out amazing. They also were quite agreeable about bringing the van to my house afterwards. If you need a truly deep clean on a vehicle (ie you have dogs, kids, or you drive drunks for Uber or lyft) then it's worth it. read more

On a Monday morning driving to work in downtown, I felt something brush against my feet. To my horror, I realized there were mice INSIDE my car. This was an emergency, and Perfection Auto Spa happened to be the closest place. Even though it was a last-minute choice, I don't regret this decision at all. Anthony, Carlos, and others in the crew not only sanitized the interior to perfection, but also buffed the exterior so my Kia looked brand new. They went the extra mile and replaced the air cabin filter for free. Their mechanic also suggested that I replace my dying battery (which turned out to be true), and finished servicing it under the hood within 30 minutes. When I came to pick it up and inspected their work, I knew right away that the mice problem was solved. The price was very fair considering the quality of the job, and I'd happily come here again. Went here to get my carpets and seats shampooed because not many car washes provide this service. I was very happy with the results, it did take quite a while for them to complete it which is fine but I would have appreciated if someone would have told me how long it was going to take before hand so I would have prepared to leave my car half the day. The other thing is that no one quoted me on how much it would cost and i was thinking around $75-$150 for carpets and seats. When I returned to pick up my car they had detailed the whole car and I paid almost double what I expected and, THEN, was told they don't do just seats and carpets, full detailing only. Had I known that I probably would have waited til I had more money to spend on that. I would go back for full detailing services still, the owner was really kind and apologized for his employee not letting me know ahead of time. They were also low staffed which is why it took longer than normal too. Overall satisfied with the job, just wished for more info before hand. read more

I did check services offered and pricing at a number of detailing places but 1 Perfection Auto Spa was the most reasonably priced for all of the services they would provide. I got an extreme detailing package which included pretty much everything. I was a little anxious and called more than a few times to check on the estimated finish time with my car. Even though I could never ascertain a finish time, and they kept my car all day, I guess the saying goes you can't rush perfection. And all of my calls thankfully did not not cause them to rush the job. I am so thankful that Anthony and his crew did an absolutely amazing job. They took the time to do the job right. They dropped me off at my house and brought the car back to me at the end of the day. I was concerned about the cigarette smoke smell as my boyfriend has smoked in my car and my mom was coming in from out of town and is allergic to cigarette smoke and on an inhaler with her serious case of asthma. 1 Perfection Auto Spa was able to get rid of the smoke smell in my car and it looks and smells like a brand-new car.
