We used to love this car wash. The staff was friendly and they do a little scrub down before going through the wash. However, they came out with a special for new customers ONLY for $25/mo for LIFE. We were paying over $40 and they wouldn't honor the $25 deal for us even though we had been loyal customers since they opened. read more

Very interesting experience, my vehicle was too dirty to wash in urdandale Iowa location. I Was detoured down a gravel road, for one mile the previous night. My vehicle was dusty, this is why I wanted to wash it. No mud( hasn't rained here in a couple weeks. They spent more time telling me they wouldn't wash it, as it would have took to wash it. I wrote my prior review over a year ago and what a huge change in every area! No more unexpected closures, we always have fresh drying towels and the vacuum suction is the best. Most importantly, the customer service cannot be beat. Brandon, one of their service technicians, is always available to meet any special requests--extra attention to lots of bugs, spraying inside the wheel wells if it's been especially muddy and bringing towels if they run out. Last Friday I was at the Indianola location and wanted to wash my car mats. When the attendant told me she would not recommend I use the mat washer due to the thickness of my mats, she offered to power wash them for me. Before I knew it, she took my mats, washed them and brought them back to me at my car. THIS is what customer service looks like!! Went to this car wash Friday Dec 29th about 4 in the afternoon. The truck in front was power washed by one worker and another joined in and together they spent about about 20 minutes cleaning the truck while I and several other cars waited in line. The power wash usually takes about minute. No way should I or any customers have to while while someone gets special treatment. I currently have 4 cars enrolled in there unlimited wash program. read more

If I could give less then a star I would. I went in on 5/1/2024, got my car washed. While my are was going through the machine it snapped my driver side mirror cover. While they were quick to do the incident report, I was told my car was old and had wear and tear so they are not responsible for the damage done to my mirror. I have asked corporate twice as of this post to please send a copy of the report, photos and videos and get ignored. My are is in decent shape for its age and they should be held responsible for any damages done. I would NOT take your vehicle there at all. read more

This place is new and shiny but basicly a joke. It costs $24 for their top package which involves NO human touching your car just a quick run through a wash. No one wiping the exterior down, no one vacuuming the interior or cleaning in any way. The wash itself was awful leaving multiple spots and not getting the car clean. Save yourself money and run your vehicle through a $7 car wash it's the same result. Or go to a full service car wash for the same price. This was a great car wash when it was Foam Carwash and the Miller's owned it. Ever since Champion took over it has been an absolute joke. It was closed for a month to swap out practically new equipment for new equipment. I've had my membership disappear twice now. Not to mention being charged for 3 vehicles when I only have two. The hours of operation as advertised are never what they follow. They often open late and close early. No consistency. Today was last straw when my membership disappeared yet again. I drove up the road to Mister Carwash and opened up a membership there. Champion sucks. read more

This is a most unusual car wash as they recycle the water and give a true scrub of the hard to get spots on the vehicles. I love it and have gotten a membership. Another point: all car wash dryers miss a few spots, especially towards the rear on SUVs. Foam provides towels to dry those spots for free. read more

This car wash is the next best thing since the OG mister where they dry your car by hand (bless them for that service!). But none of the new places offer anything beyond the blowers. This place has the blowers PLUS the area to park and use free vacuums... PLUS FREE CLEAN MICROFIBER TOWELS AVAILABLE FOR USE!!! We have had a membership since it was FOAM car wash. We bought a brand new car for our daughter and added her car right away. The 6th day of ownership after the second wash, I noticed when it was in the garage and lights on there was scratches all over it, in a swirl pattern. I called the office the next morning to report it. After some phone tag I just stopped by and talked to the manager, Chuck. He told me what was needed to file a claim. He attempted to take pics but with it cloudy it wasn't showing up. I brought the car back on a sunny day and he was able to capture the scratches in pics, we filled the paperwork out and he submitted it. After a couple of weeks I received an email from someone at corporate indicating they are denying my claim, they included a link to their disclaimers of which nothing applied to our situation and attached a letter Indicating the case was closed with no explanation. I emailed back saying none of the disclaimers applied and asked what their reasoning was. No response. Stopped by the office talked to Chuck he said he would talk to them himself. I told him, all we want is to have these scratches buffed out. A few days later he called me back and said they are denying it, i told him I would be in to cancel our membership then if they can't stand behind damages their equipment caused. When I stopped in, I Asked him what the reasoning was. He said because it wasn't on the cameras that any damage was done to the vehicle. I said yah I have seen those excuses in your reviews before. How would a camera pic up small scratches. He said they are very high end cameras. I reminded him on a cloudy day we couldn't even see them. Takes lights and sun of which won't show in their car wash tunnel. That night the lady at corporate responded to me and said the reason they denied the claim was because I didn't report the damages before I left the property. I said how would I know, why would I look for damages. Hopefully there isn't any. I told her she may want to set her story straight with the manager because I got a totally different excuse from him. Loved their package deal for multiple cars but the family feel of FOAM is gone since Champion took over and if this is how they want to operate their business we don't want anything to do with them. read more
