("Assailant" called the police for her, they were uninterested in pursuing the accusations). Her "evidence" was "owned by the bar" (per her) but never disclosed (and probably does not exist, as the "incident" happened months ago) 2- Report the harassments to the staff, only to be kicked out for the evening for "causing trouble." (This particular bartender LOVES to kick out people he, personally, does not like. It happens on a regular basis and at multiple locations where he does/has worked.) 3- Have the non-assaulted third party run to the owner during day hours to complain about the "sexual predator" (again, without any evidence, even from the actual "assaulted"). 4- Have the owner permanently ban you, without talking to you or asking to see evidence or speak with the actual "assaulted" and believing a third party with no interest in the situation. 5- Have the owner slander your name and accuse you of being a sexual predator to all the bar staff and all patrons in the establishment at that time. Sexual assault is no joke, and accusations, especially unfounded accusations, can RUIN SOMEONE'S LIFE!!! The cavalier attitude taken by the staff and owner with accusing someone of A VERY SERIOUS CRIME WITH EXTREME CONSEQUENCES, is not a risk worth taking. I'd stay FAR FAR FAR away from this place, unless you want to be on the sex offender registry from unfounded, unproven allegations, and have your name slandered and defamed by the owner and staff, again, with no proof and without discussion with the alleged "perpetrator," but taking the word of some third, unrelated, party. College Hangout: It is pretty close to Stephen's campus and not too far from Mizzou's campus, therefore it is very popular with college kids. When we went during the summer, 70% of people there were college kids.
