Ashley who guided me to the patient exam room and did my triage/pre-assessment was very kind and patient, and also had some pretty stylish boots. For a medical office, I must say they were a stylish bunch and I let them know it, but I did go on their Casual Friday as they told me it was. The office was also very clean, smelled nice, and even was decorated for Christmas. It seems that they are quite booked because the physicals they had available to book were few which is a good sign. It's just a little bit challenging if you are a new patient (which I was/am). Overall, I just wished to say that the staff was very nice. Dr. Sarah (who is an ARNP, but i still call nurse practitioners and PA's doctors anyways lol) was pleasant and went through my health questionnaire and also addressed my cold/swollen lymph nodes concern. I also like that there is a pharmacy located behind the office as well. A nice added touch was the Christmas tree in the corner that had knit mittens on it that you could either take a pair from or donate a pair to. There is also a bulletin board that communicates things such as vaccine schedules, therapy help, and other things like a wellness drumming session which i did not know existed. I had to schedule my physical exam a few months out, but I appreciated the promptness of my appt. and the candor in which the staff demonstrated towards me. We were told that his insurance was accepted here. The woman at the front desk even took the insurance card and photocopied it!! We eventually got a bill in the mail for 300.00 dollars we thought this was a mistake and called the bill processing center they started an investigation. Later I got an email telling me that they didn't accept the insurance and that the bill was our responsibility!! I am currently still disputing this! My husband and I don't have insurance and we got sick a few days later and figured we better be seen. We called the clinic 3 separate times for a price on the visit, we were so sick that we were willing to pay out of pocket they told us $90.00 for the visit, we thought okay that's fair..after the visit mysteriously their credit card machine was broken so we couldn't pay for the visit...later we got a bill in the mail for 274.00 each!!! So we disputed these charges later for them to come back to tell us that the 90.00 was a self-pay co-pay? These people are CROOKS!!! Nothing was disclosed to us at all. DON'T EVER VISIT THIS PLACE!!

I was unknowingly signed up for a limited three-refinement package, which made it difficult to continue treatment beyond that point (lots of push back). After 18 months (versus the 6 months originally quoted) and pushback on further corrections, I transferred care (this is an option!!)--where I learned my remaining issues could still be resolved with Invisalign. Ask all the questions upfront; not all Invisalign packages are created equal. I do appreciate the partial refund D&B provided at my request.

When I called, I did not have my insurance card handy and could not remember the name of my new insurance. I had thought "Northeast Delta Dental" was my insurance, but it was not. I called back a couple of weeks later and upon giving my name, Carrie(?) briskly stated "We do not take Northeast Delta Dental!". I calmly explained I had my card and was happy to confirm it actually says "Dental Blue". She advised, rather shortly, that Dental Blue was not in network with them, so I asked about "CBA Blue" (as that was the next name on my insurance card). She rudely exclaimed they're not in network with them, either. I called CBA Blue and was advised that they use the Blue Cross Blue Shield network. If the office had only allowed me to give more information, I imagine they could have understood that they were, in fact, in network. This is not how potential new patients should be treated. I'll be looking elsewhere.

Dr. Molly helped me advocate for my needs with my employers due to my injuries sustained when I was attacked. Seeing her regularly made a huge difference in my physical and mental recovery. I continue to see Dr. Molly for adjustments and will keep going to her. I have always been treated with respect and kindness. She was extremely patient and compassionate with me when I was having anxiety. She has never pushed any supplements on me-only answered my questions when asked about them. I have been a patient for several years. Chiropractor care is not a one and done type of care, you will need more than one visit. I know from experience Dr. Molly will work with you on payment plans, her office is fantastic!

I had to go to the Spine Institute in Burlington. He could have paralyzed me from the neck down or even killed me. I was lucky all he did was sprain my neck. Dr. Chad Volk does manual adjustments and uses his entire body weight to force your bones into whatever position. I wanted to continue my care for my back. I sought out Dr. Molly as I heard she has an instrument called the Activator. She doesn't put you in a pretzel shape or whatever and use brute force to snap you back into place. The Activator uses speed instead of force. Dr. Molly was very caring and considerate of my hesitation after my horrible experience with Chad Volk. She has absolutely done wonders for me. She is not like other doctors. She actually cares about her patients. She even gives out her home phone number just in case you need her, and believe you me, she will come in on off hours, weekends or she even has come in while she is on vacation! Now what doctor does that!!! My husband even sees Dr. Molly. He was in a lot of pain and she even saw him one Sunday night. She didn't make him stay in pain until the office opened. She came into the office that Sunday night. We both have been her patient for some time and will definitely continue to be. Dr. Molly definitely knows what she is doing and she is extremely good at what she does. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone!!! I completely trust Dr. Molly and the care that she gives. She was quoted under $200.00. When she arrived at her appoint ment today. The office was incapable of opening the email with her x-rays and told her that will be another $200 plus. She will need to have the doctor look in her mouth for another $100 plus. So the cleaning will be over $550.00. We had used this office before with great results, and found out today the office was sold since December and have now policies. Ww will not be using the services here or returning. We have updated our local friends with this information. Take heed.
