She advised me that I would have to bring the shoes into the store before a decision to replace the shoes could be made. My husband and I went to the store and Jennifer was the most professional person I've dealt with in a long time. She agreed there was a manufacturing problem with the shoe and replaced them. It was a very smooth transaction. My husband then looked at other shoes and we purchased a very nice pair. At the register Jennifer noticed my husband was a veteran and we received a veteran discount. We did not know of that perk for being a patron of the store, but we were happy to receive that discount. We buy our shoes there often and have always been satisfied with the products. It was a delight to deal with Jennifer. Thank you!

I headed straight to the clearance racks initially which are usually a total mess. Not only are they super clean and organized at the store, but they had sizes up to 5x and they were all in the correct spots. When was the last time it took you less than 5 minutes to go through the entire clearance rack? I couldn't believe it. I tried on half a dozen items and left with an outfit for under $20 in less than 45 minutes. I don't know about anyone else got ta but that is my ideal shopping experience! Oh! And I used the restroom (which was nice and clean) in that time as well. This is the best Kohls I have personally visited and I'm from CA btw!

But they have just about everything you'd want for athletic equipment, hunting gear, shoes, and active wear. This store has an especially nice and large section of Syracuse University clothing and memorabilia. The only major complaint is the checkouts. They are DESIGNED to produce long and ungainy lines. Even on a slow day, you're likely to wait 10 minutes to check out. This design does, however, make you feel like the only customer in the store when you ARE actually checking out.

She pretty much 'handled' everyone from the phone lol. This is for a vow renewal and I am 50; I also just had bariatric surgery and lost 106 lbs very quickly. I had a lot of concerns for both my age and the weight loss but they were all knowledgeable, extremely positive and encouraging. They brought out the alterations lady (also a wonderful, wonderful woman) and she understood every concern I had with many creative suggestions to help my insecurities. They included my husband and my friend with laughter and fun. They were patient, gave me time for each issue and understood exactly what we were wanting. Honestly, I was a bit reserved about this with it being a vow renewal for our tenth anniversary and an older 'bride' to boot but they made me feel pretty and welcome with many smiles from all the nearby associates. They were very safe and respectful with open minds to everything I was thinking but also kept a positive, professional attitude. They had a big "Clearance sale" banner up out front but the only things on clearance were clothes, no actual outdoor gear.
