This location thankfully had plenty to pick from - out of all the styles I was considering, only one style did not have the size available. I ultimately ended up going with just one pair when I was hoping to score at least two in my budget; I still think of better savings when I see "warehouse" or "outlet" in the store name, but these seemed full price. They did have a BOGO 50% off sale going, but of course the style I ended up selecting wasn't eligible for the deal. We did look around to try to find a pair for my boyfriend to let him take advantage of the deal, but they were SERIOUSLY lacking in men's 8 options. We found a single pair in the non-athletic style available in that size; most others were at least a 9 or larger. He also looked at the work boot options; same issue with so little available to try on. Additionally, it was hard to find an associate who could check the back; we saw two on the floor, but both were already juggling 2 other customers each. Ended up leaving with just the one pair for me, so we got what we came for, but would move left with more if the pricing and size availability was better.

The worst part of this matter is that when I went to return this faulty product the store manager would not allow me to return. In this day and age, that is horrific customer service policy. What happened to the customer is always right. Unfortunately, I will never shop at this store again, and I don't recommend anyone else to. She informed me that Chico's had changed their sizing system but it wasn't consistent among all slacks, different styles were sized differently. So they are just like other retailers.
