I bought a pair of Skechers a week ago, but the fit was off, so I returned them. Only to be given a gift card. I purchased another pair of Skechers from this store, only to have to return those as well. The quality was off. I asked for my money back because this is the second time I've had two pairs of shoes where the quality wasn't what it has been in the past. They refused to give me my money back and offered me yet another gift card. Mind you, I originally paid with cash. I have been buying shoes from this store for many years; never again. If I could give a 3.5 I'd feel that's more accurate. But Yelp only does whole stars, so 3 it is. I wear a very common shoe size, so it's hit or miss when shoe shopping. This location thankfully had plenty to pick from - out of all the styles I was considering, only one style did not have the size available. I ultimately ended up going with just one pair when I was hoping to score at least two in my budget; I still think of better savings when I see "warehouse" or "outlet" in the store name, but these seemed full price. They did have a BOGO 50% off sale going, but of course the style I ended up selecting wasn't eligible for the deal. We did look around to try to find a pair for my boyfriend to let him take advantage of the deal, but they were SERIOUSLY lacking in men's 8 options. We found a single pair in the non-athletic style available in that size; most others were at least a 9 or larger. He also looked at the work boot options; same issue with so little available to try on. Additionally, it was hard to find an associate who could check the back; we saw two on the floor, but both were already juggling 2 other customers each. Ended up leaving with just the one pair for me, so we got what we came for, but would move left with more if the pricing and size availability was better. read more

I needed some all black work shoes and they had a pair I liked here on sale and even though they only had one pair they shipped the second pair to my house for free and they were also half off. I was looking for a specific Skechers' shoe that I couldn't find in the local malls so I decided to stop by to see what they had. This store is located in the Clearwater Mall across from PetSmart and Lowe's. It is a very large space. There were a lot of employees around stocking the shelfs, unfortunately, none of them bothered to help or even notice my presence. I was finally able to find the pair of shoes that I was looking for. At the register, I was asked if anyone had helped me and I said, "No." The cashier did not offer an apology or even look up from the computer. You may well be able to find the shoes that you want at this Outlet but be prepared to be ON YOUR OWN when looking for a pair of shoes. read more

I spent last 10 years buying my family Skechers footwear. They are comfortable and lasted. In last year since beg 2017 I have bought sneakers and boots and there has been something wrong with each pair. In fact in last 4 months I bought sneakers for me and my son. I have worn my sneakers 4 times they look brand new even bottom looks new. Except the glue holding side part of sneaker is coming apart. My sons sneaker has been worn a few times which also look barely used and tops are coming unglued. These sneakers are full of glue and don't last. I have to get a years worth of use if putting more than 45.00 into a pair of shoes/sneakers. They don't last they are garbage waste money. And if u need help the employees don't care how long they make you wait. They tend to mumble when asked to go get your size up high on Wall. And they have a Skechers rewards card I have had it for years. I constantly have a hard time logging into my rewards account. I get locked out and asked for assistance with customer service and takes them days to reply if they even reply. I have tried numerous times and never got reply. I have complained in stores and get no help. And you have to get into your account to claim reward and print. In ten years I have been able to print one reward coupon and should have been able to get a lot more. I just can't log in. Won't be shopping here anymore. Won't be buying Skechers anymore. read more

I know they have a store policy but I have severe flat feet and the shoes I bought and wore one time were killing me. I told them that and had my receipt they would not give me full credit for another pair . Do Not Buy From SKECHERS so they only gave me 50% off so I still had to pay money out of my own pocket . You have to have not worn them at all to return them. read more

I wish there was a rating lower than one. I bought some new boots that were allegedly wide width. After 1/2 day of use they tore off the skin on my toes. I went to take them back and the CSR could not locate my purchase even when I showed him the credit card receipt. Save your money - go somewhere else. In my opinion they are looking to say no. HUGE SELECTION! This place does not look as big as it is from the outside. Everything is priced great and they even have a clearance section. The cashier said they pretty much always have buy one pair get one half off (over $20 or $25 I think) and you can even use a coupon on top of that. They also have a rewards program that is better then most. All the staff I interacted with were very nice and helpful. Love shopping here. read more

This was my second visit. I found the staff very helpful and friendly, especially Joey, at the front register. Joey went out of his way to help me find the specific shoe I was searching for and he also did an easy exchange of previous shoes I purchased, at the same location a few weeks ago. I also had a very good experience on my first visit which was on 11/24/14. Regrettably I forgot that associates name on that particular day, but he did go out of his way to find a specific pair of shoes and he had them shipped from the Miami Skechers location.
