I bought a pair of slacks in my usual size, paid for them and went home. I tried them on and had to take them back, telling the sales associate that they ran very small. She informed me that Chico's had changed their sizing system but it wasn't consistent among all slacks, different styles were sized differently. So they are just like other retailers. You also get an extra 5% off every purchase each time you use your J.Jill card. So, it was actually 45% off for me. The Wearever and Pure Jill collections are my favorite.
