They have been doing this for at least three seasons straight, consistently finishing in the top two and winning by margins like 7 to 0, 9 to 1, and worse. Somehow they are still not promoted. This is not just bad management. It is a complete disregard for the spirit of competition. It undermines the league, insults every other team trying to develop, and spits in the face of sportsmanship. Allowing a stacked high-level team to run riot in the lowest divisions for years is not just unfair. It is pathetic. We have raised this issue with Small Goal Soccer through emails, texts, and follow-ups. Their response is a lazy shrug saying if they win this year they will be promoted. After four seasons? Really? What is the point of even having divisions if you are going to let this happen? This league has potential, but as long as it enables this kind of farce, it is nothing more than glorified target practice for teams that should not even be there. Step up. Fix it. Or stop calling it a league.

Adam runs the leagues and the man is just on point with everything he does. I first joined 4 years ago and I've seen the leagues grow. And grow. And grow. There used to be one division for 6v6 wednesday soccer (both coed and mens) but fast forward to today and you'll find about 6 men's leagues and 3 coed leagues. Oh and did I mention the sloshball tournaments? I've tried organizing sloshball tournaments in the past. I failed. Incredibly hard. Adam puts on a few a year (wish you'd do more) and they're always.....ummmm.....sloshy. Or sloppy. I don't know. The details are always a little fuzzy. Just join. Do yourself a favor and join a league. Any league. They're all fun. You can thank me later.

I can just take my son to the park and do the same. So we emailed them a few times and left a bunch of VMs to call us but not once did we get a response. And when we cancelled the rest of the sessions, they still kept taking the money( at this point they are also thieves). SO be carefully and keep away !

But he loves it! I think the things that make this program great are the short classes ranging from 30-45 minutes. The coaches also cover the basics of soccer in an environment your kids are already familiar with. My kiddo often comes home showing me how he can "tick tock like a clock" (alternate his legs when kicking a ball) or how he has learned to go "fast like a bunny and slow like a turtle". The sessions are low key and they never force the kids to do anything but they are learning even when the kids choose not to participate. I highly recommend this to all my mom friends.

Usually it's soccer but some semipro football teams sometimes practice there. In the middle of the 4 fields there are bathrooms which are pretty clean and open even at night. There is a water fountain next to the bathrooms that also has a dog water fountain bowl at the bottom. Overall a decent park with good fields for practice. There are some trees along the sides to get some shade when you need a break.
