They offer technical training for many types of sports - football, baseball, soccer, basketball and strength training. We ended up choosing this facility to give my son additional soccer training outside of his regular club training. The two soccer coaches we have been using (Joao and Diego) are exceptional! They have small group training so I feel like the kids are getting the most out their training. We have also done the strength training classes to help him gain strength and speed. The owners are almost always on site and very attentive and helpful. I HIGHLY recommend this facility.
