I spoke with Coach Rizzo on several occasions about it, and he kept trying to push us to the summer camp group sessions, which I made clear I did not want. Eventually, Coach Rizzo agreed to private lessons, and I registered and paid the $414 for 6 weekly lessons. After the first lesson, Coach Rizzo suggested we join the group sessions, which I took to mean in addition to the private lessons. Yesterday, we showed up for lesson #2, and Coach Rizzo was not there. When I texted him, he said he transferred us to the group sessions in lieu of private lessons, and when I objected and requested a refund, he said they don't issue refunds. So, it was a bait and switch, and I'm out hundreds of dollars. Their website says they offer private soccer lessons, but only if your child is good enough, apparently, yet they will gladly take your money and provide nothing in return. It should be noted we did attend a trail group session before registering AND PAYING FOR private lessons and then a group session after the first private lessons. We were less than impressed. The teenage coaches kept the kids in a tiny practice space, no even large enough to run in, and did extremely basic drills. (My son is 13 and has been playing recreational soccer for years.) My son was bored and not at all challenged. I do not recommend this organization.

I really like the practice times/locations (Cooley middle school & Power Ranch) and the coaches (James runs the show but has many assistant coaches working with small groups). Place is nice and spacious haa a single room they seem to have a good amount of students and teachers and students are very respectful of teachers all seem to listen well and coaches walk around to help students one on one. Also seem to be active in keeping everyone close in doing events like parents nights games and fun stuff for the students.

My boys are doing drill work and training that they wouldn't even get playing their respective sports.....there just isn't enough time for coaches to address all of the kids needs. My boys are actually learning to workout and train their muscles which will carry them through their adult years. Charles and all the staff members are awesome! They strike a balance of pushing the kids to be better without shaming or criticizing them. We love the flexibility of the training sessions and booking online makes it so easy! They met with us and identified some areas my son could work on after a consultation and set up a training plan. What I like is the trainer to kid ratio, the classes aren't that big and there is usually several trainers helping out. The facility is just for training athletes, it's their specialty. They also have the athletes log their workouts for review purposes. Also loved the fact that they are very low pressure with the training packages that they offer. It's pricey but worth it --- it's too darn hot to train outside!!!! If you are looking for a place to enhance your kid's workouts give ignite a call!

They started off with an athletic evaluation and let us know where your strengths and weaknesses are. They then have a plan for you but not just athletically, nutritionally as well. As a parent, I feel they care so much about their athletes. We ended up signing on monthly instead of just for the summer. The boys love training there and we have seen athletic gains in just the few weeks they have been attending.

The staff were…read morealways nice, coaches were knowledgeable but I'm finding it hard to give this gym even a 4 star rating. 3 1/2 stars would be fair imo. Here's why: After moving to a different area we uprooted our girls from DB Gymnastics to a different competing gym. My girls now 7 & 5 yrs old couldn't even do a back handspring and little one couldn't even do a back walkover. The new competing gym had my girls doing these moves in less than 2 months proficiently for my oldest and 6 months for my little one. The new gym begins working on these moves at a much earlier age than DB gymnastics. I also noticed the difference in coaching between the two gyms. DB was good but obviously not nearly as hands-on as new gym. Overall, our family had a good experience with DB Gymnastics but after comparison my girls could've gotten a lot more out of it.

We tried it out for a month and…read moreevery time we came, even with two coaches, my daughter still was not doing what they were doing because of lack of support. Since parents have to sit behind a window, we can help direct our kiddo. I finally had to get onto the coaches (if you would call them that. they are high school kids) about giving more guidance to my three year old. Even after that, nothing changed. Either shorten the class sizes, have more "coaches" with the younger ones, or allow a parent-tot class where parents can help guide their kid.
