The vet called her to come in the exam room, the lady said " o she is next". Upon which time the vet said "O she is just waiting on an estimate" and took her and her dog in exam room. I never got o take dog in exam room, was not told what is was or anyrthing, Then charged me $65 for sitting in lobby.!!!! Dog was never seen in vets exam room, Just a 50 second glance in lobby!!! Very unprofessional. Never even took time to go into room and check dog and tell me what it was. I just paid $65 to sit in her waiting room. I just think this very wrong!!! I will not go back!!

Her recent chest X-rays showed no evidence of lung metastasis, and we consulted Dr. Gee about amputation because our regular surgeon was unavailable. During that consultation, my husband was told that Dr. Gee believed the cancer had spread to Jocelynn's liver and stomach and that euthanasia was the appropriate course. We were not comfortable making such an irreversible decision based on that assessment alone, so we sought another opinion from the veterinarian who had been managing her palliative care. After reviewing Jocelynn's imaging and history, he did not believe there was evidence of liver metastasis and felt the abdominal findings were more consistent with gastritis. We proceeded with the amputation. Jocelynn is now comfortable, active, eating, and enjoying her life again. We fully understand that osteosarcoma is an aggressive cancer and that her prognosis remains serious. My concern is that a recommendation to end an animal's life should involve careful reasoning, acknowledgment of uncertainty, and consideration of reasonable alternatives. Had we followed the initial recommendation without seeking another opinion, Jocelynn would not be here today. I strongly encourage pet owners facing an irreversible recommendation to ask questions and, when appropriate, seek a second opinion.

It is a small practice and the vet makes field calls, so it can be harder to get an appointment. I'd been with my last vet more than 15 years but he retired and sold it--now it's corporate and staff turns over quickly and the vet I saw there the last time spent all her time upselling rather than the doing the exam I was paying for. I'm glad to be back with a vet and staff who with an old-time work ethic but with modern skills.

Immediately after we took our cat Shadow, to this vet for an overall exam to make sure he was healthy, and safe. We have had shadow for majority of my life, and was a childhood cat. Dr McNeil, proceeded to do the exam. He checked his mouth, but not once did he attempt to remove my cat out of the crate. For those who dont know, bobcat fever takes about 2 weeks to show any signs. In which, he wouldve already been showing signs. I paid about $90+ in these vet fees, just for 2 days later. My best friend to pass away on my living room floor, it is the most traumatizing thing a person can go through. I will forever HIGHLY recommend cushing white vet.
