Worst company to place any trust into. They arrived at our home two weeks after our scheduled appointment, diagnosed the issue with our refrigerator, wrote a statement of work that required a down payment which we paid, and have not returned yet to replace the part. We have attempted to reach this company several times without success. If anyone knows how to get a hold of them, we would be grateful on how to crack the code and get them to be a responsible business. Stay away from Chandler Appliance Repair!! The owner, Joseph, did a poor job installing our dishwasher. He said he would return to fix it but did not show up for the appointment. I called to reschedule. He did not show up a second time. When I called and asked about it, he said the appointment was not on his calendar and he had higher priority projects. Dealing with the company has been a horrible experience. I recommend you find someone else to repair or install your appliances. read more

Called to have a dishwasher installed and was given an appt. window between 12-2 the next day, they never showed up or called to say they were running late. We were there all day, so there was definitely not a missed appt. I tried calling several times the day of the appt and the day after to see if they could reschedule, or if they had the address wrong, or something...but no answer and mailbox was full so I could not leave a message. Pretty disappointed! Especially because this was at a rental house and our renters were left waiting around all day in case they showed up late. read more

I would never use this service ever! When the employee came to look at the dryer he took off the lid, told us we needed a motor quoted $385! Well my brother Michael decided he wanted to try and fix it himself after having major surgery for cancer, we attempted to fix it ourselves! When we I moved to the front door of The dryer to only find out that it was a simple pot holder that was jamming the motor so now we have to return the $205 motor that my 75-year-old mother had to buy as told by the Chandler's appliance After his professional review of the dryer! I've tried to call them for two days now and the voicemail is full so you cannot leave a message and no one will call me back! read more

Worst experience ever dealing with a repairman. The owner was more than happy to come look at my refrigerator and collect the $85 service fee. But when it came to actually giving me a price for the parts and repair, he came up with every excuse under the sun why it has taken almost two weeks at this point to even get a price! I hate to think how long it would take to actually make the repair. I have had to call another company because I no longer trust this man with any more of my time or money. Completely ridiculous. Do not bother wasting your time with this company. I scheduled an appt and the technician never showed. I tried calling several times and received no answer. The next day I called again and was told I would be called back. No call and now they won't answer any calls and the mailbox says it's full. Find another company! I didn't read the reviews until after the rip off. I Called, reported a problem with my convection oven. Serviceman showed up as scheduled. Came In the door with an invoice in hand. Turned on the oven, it shut off. said "just what I thought, the control board is out." I asked if he was going to test it to make sure and that nothing else was wrong. Replied , " nope, seen it before." Told me to contact another company to send the control board for repair. Didn't have the number or address of the other company. I have no way of knowing what exactly is wrong without spending $200 more based on a guess. Simply collecting service call fees and providing no diagnosis, service, or repairs. read more

Had a misunderstanding that ended up not being Chandlers fault. They promptly addressed the issue. We got it figured out. All is good.
