They were here about an hour and they had everything installed, the cable holder mounted, and everything tested in that time. The price was fair, and the bulk of it was for the copper wire (not their fault, obviously). Their people are considerate, smart, and honest. They won't spend your money foolishly. After I declined a maintenance offer, it was still included on the invoice. Also, I was told that the service fee would be waived if I had the work done. That was a lie. It was not waived. I was very disappointed. They seemed to be nice people...Fair warning!!!
