called because washer was not working properly. tech came out on time but after running through the…read moreautomatic diagnostics which came out clean, said it was testing ok and nothing he could do. called another company and they did manual testing and they discovered a faulty part which they replaced. i dont know if they knew how to do a manual test so they could have found it. advise to just call another one. not sure if it was just the local office since they have several locations.

Washing machine is in worse condition now than before the part was replaced. Called to see if they wanted to come back out or refund money (as it's guaranteed for 1 year), had to leave a message. When I was called back the man cussed me for everything he had. I tried calling to speak with anyone else and no one would answer the phone. If you want your appliances repaired and to be treated with respect find another company. This one would be better off shut down.
