I called and Denaldo (hopefully I'm spelling that right) came and figured out the wiring in all my detectors was loose and some had disconnected wires because the builders used too big wire nuts/connectors (thanks, D.R. Horton). He replaced the wire connectors in all my smoke detectors, and did it very efficiently. He was extremely reasonably priced, and it's a holiday today (memorial day). Couldn't be more pleased with Denaldo. Will definitely call him for any future electrical issues.

I had a total of 8 appointments scheduled which means 8 days of work I had to take off. They…read moreno-showed on 5 of those appointments and either cancelled at the end of the day or lied and said I wasn't home. The other 3 visits they ordered the wrong part. The technicians were nice enough, but neither one of them ran a real diagnostic test. After appointment #6 they had to close my claim and I had to reopen another. After they no-showed on the next 2 appointments I called it quits. Do not use this company... ever.
