Then I went for the actual appointment and received poor customer service. I arrived 30 minutes in advance and was told that my credit card didn't work. That was embarrassing since ample funds were in the account. I had to give another card. I was asked to complete questions I had already submitted prior to the appointment. I was again frustrated. Then the wrong therapist came to get me. He apologized so that was fine but still made the experience frustrating. All of this was before I even began the therapy. Once I did get started, the therapist was actually fantastic but my customer service experience was terrible. I did not return.
