But I give 5 stars to nurse Caroline who took such good care prepping me for the procedure. And also for nurse Erin in the procedure room, she helped to calm me down a bit before anesthesia. This is a brand new facility and it's really nice and spotlessly clean. Dr Basile did my procedure; he said he'd 'take good care of me' and he did - I didn't even have a sore throat afterwards. Highly recommend this facility and their staff.
