So glad I found Chandler Dental Care! When we moved from Seattle I needed to find our family a new dentist. Dr Chang has been AMAZING! I broke a tooth which then needed a root canal and crown, and Dr Chang helped me all along the way. They've got a mini fridge fully stocked with beverages. And Lynn is the best! She is always happy to see you, knows you and what's going on with your family and works really hard to work with your schedule to get you in. I have a back injury and the dental hygienists are very accommodating and help in any way they can. My husband gets nervous about going to the dentist, but is very happy at how gentle Dr Chang and his team are. read more

I was in need of a new dentist and lucky enough to find one super close to my house. As a first time patient I had a great experience. Chandler Dental Care was very clean, staff was super friendly and welcoming! I didn't have to wait long and was seen on time for my appointment. I went in for an overdue teeth cleaning and chelsea helped me. She made me feel comfortable and at ease during the whole process. She started off by taking some x-rays of my teeth and then cleaned my teeth. I also had a real bad cavity and they were able to schedule me in to get my filling the same day. Dr.Chang was easy going and very down to earth. You can tell Dr. Chang and his staff have fun working together and my experience from beginning to end was great. Everyone is always so welcoming and friendly. Lynn (?) at the front desk is always polite and welcoming and Georgia is always positive and friendly. It seems like everyone in the office has fun which is nice to see. They do a good job of scheduling and spacing patients apart so I NEVER have to wait. This place used to be good but now their standards have plummeted in last 6 months or so. Their good hygienists have all left. I had regular and deep teeth cleaning and both of hygienists did a below average job. This dental office is just becoming money making machine and they don't seem to care about standard of job they are providing. I won't recommend this place to anyone. Found Chandler Dental Care when my 90 year old Dad broke a tooth off of his upper denture. Dr. Chang was so nice and told my dad he could fix it rather than have him have the expense of a new denture. They sent the denture to the lab and had it back the same afternoon so my Dad was able to eat dinner that night. Everyone in the office was so nice and kind. My Dad went from being upset to feeling confident in Dr. Chang and appreciated how they facilitated getting that denture back so quickly. I highly recommend Dr. Chang especially if you have a fear of dentists. He will have you at ease and laughing and you will find the experience actually pleasant. read more

I used to go to this dentist and called them because I am having extreme pain. The soonest the scheduler could get me in was a week later. I was driving because of my full schedule and asked for a text or an email to confirm so I could put it in the calendar. The scheduler said that they don't do that. Today was my appointment that I thought was at 3pm. They called me at 1:45pm saying that the appointment was at 1:30pm. This could've been resolved with a simple text message or email a week ago and I would not have had to wait for a week only to be told that they don't have time to see me today and to reschedule. I was hoping to schedule an appointment for the same day and ended up waiting several days as it is. I should have just found another dentist right away that would see me. Or at least send me a notification so that I could make sure it was in my calendar so that there will be no mistake on the time. The scheduler basically scolded me. If the owner of this practice is reading this then we are a family of five and now none of us will be coming to your practice because of a simple refusal to send a confirmation by you and your staff. read more

What an amazing dental office! The staff is amazing. Lynn in the front office is very kind and very knowledgeable. Raven, the dental assistant is super sweet and was very patient & gentle with me. Dr. Chang is probably one of the best Dentist I have ever been to; he's very experienced and knowledgeable and has a wonderful, kind demeanor (& a great sense of humor too). Let me just say AMAZING!!!! Lynn in the front is amazing and knows us by name and has done everything to make sure we feel great. Dr. Chang has done work on my husband and I. He is a great guy who isn't here to take advantage of anyone! He made me personally feel comfortable and I hate the dentist. He is also a funny guy! I would recommend him to anyone!!!! Dr. Chang is a wonderful Dentist and his entire office staff is so sweet! I came here based because they accepted my Insurance (Delta Dental) and based off his Yelp! reviews - he didn't disappoint :) Chelsea was very sweet and did a great cleaning. I had to come back to fill a cavity and they were able to schedule me for the next morning. I appreciate having a nice, thorough Dentist who doesn't try to upsell you on mouth guards every visit! I have since referred both my husband & mom to Dr. Chang. Total bonus that he is right down the street from my house! And they are doing a $25 referral credit during the month of February yay!! read more

This violates HIPAA laws and is not necessary for a first contact. Dr. Chang did reach out to me via email stating that it is not something I must provide. Changing to 4 star review for Doc taking time out to email me. Wow! This place is FANTASTIC! My family and I had gone to another dentist and it was a nightmare. This place was like waking up from that nightmare. Chandler Dental Care is super friendly, clean, upscale, and most importantly, they do GREAT work. I had an old metal filling that needed to be replaced, and they did it right after my cleaning. I didn't even have to reschedule for another day. Best part, NO PAIN! (Oh and it only took 20 minutes). And the other reviews are true, the doctor is a pretty hilarious guy. I cannot say enough good things about Chandler Dental Care. Dr. Chang and his team are friendly, understanding, and kind. Dr. Chang is honest, which is hard to find in a dentist these days. He was not focused on making money or recommending unnecessary procedures, but cared about my oral health. They scheduled me quickly and took care of me, all nearly pain free! The morning after my procedure they even called to see how I was doing! I truly hate the dentist, but this team made me feel comfortable. I drove 20 minutes to see Dr. Chang and his team, despite the fact that there are many closer dentists. It was worth the drive and I will continue to use them in the future. I am currently looking for a new Dentist who was reasonably priced with excellent service. The staff and dentist were very friendly but after discussing the price for four crowns for the dental implants which were already in the gumline, hearing and reading the price of nearly 7000.00 gave some hesitation and sticker shock. The Straumann implants and abutments only require four crowns, nothing more nothing less. Oh, and then I was told my insurance wouldn't cover crowns which I checked and they do. I have to pass. Checking pricing if you need anything major. read more
