I tried to tell the management office office lead what happened and they did not want to hear my story. I was basicslly told too bad and that's what happens when you leave your suitcase in view in the car. Of course, I know the risk is mine, but the fact thry had zero sympathy and don't even want to hear about crime in their area is sad. The other car said they had stuff stolen. From the trunk. So sad. I did some calling around and Chandler police confirmed that crime stats are high at this shopping center... so be VERY aware or give elsewhere.

There is also an arcade and a carousel in the middle of the mall today they had free interactions with the Easter bunny, and you can take pictures for purchase. They do have nice bathrooms, including the family bathroom however it was locked so you do have to call security to have them come unlock it for you, but someone was there in a matter of minutes. It wasn't dirty, but it could have been cleaner. I also have heard it can get a little bit rough here at night time, but I did not experience that while here around 10 AM to noon on a Saturday.

I was luck enough to pick one of the halls leading to the Concierge who told me where Sephora was. No problem, I would sit in a chair in the mall waiting for my wife. No, the closest chairs were 100 feet in one direction (occupied) and 60 feet in the other direction (occupied). The next time my wife suggests going to the mall, Chandler Village will be at the bottom of my list.

It is a small shared business office space and the parking lot is small. I came early in the day, so I didn't have any problems parking. Looks dated. Could use some modernization.
