Horrible management at this center. Had an issue with us being one of 2 cars parked next to each other and each were broken in. Our new clothing and luggage stolen. I tried to tell the management office office lead what happened and they did not want to hear my story. I was basicslly told too bad and that's what happens when you leave your suitcase in view in the car. Of course, I know the risk is mine, but the fact thry had zero sympathy and don't even want to hear about crime in their area is sad. The other car said they had stuff stolen. From the trunk. So sad. I did some calling around and Chandler police confirmed that crime stats are high at this shopping center... so be VERY aware or give elsewhere. read more

We've come to these outlets on several occasions versus the others for several reasons, one of them being these particular outlets tend to not seem so crowded to us. We like to go shopping during off times when it's not busy because of our special needs teenager & crowds can be a bit challenging for him! We came here on a Tuesday early evening around 5:30, there was a light shopping crowd which was very nice. We knew exactly what stores we were going to therefore we knew which entrance to park at! We always start at Saks off Fifth, parking is amazing, especially for the handicap parking & the stores we want to visit are right outside the other exit so it's perfect! These outlets have some great promotions & cash back programs that you can find through the app once you download it... you can store your selected cards for payment & earn cash back! Also some of the stores have extra savings in addition on The Premium Outlet app! These outlets are 40 minutes from our house but definitely well worth the drive & they have a great selection of stores to choose from all the way down to housewares! They're also very well kept all the way down to the bathrooms, always a clean bathroom on our visits which is a major plus for the ladies!!! So for those people out there who haven't yet visited these outlets definitely take that drive, so many people forget that there's outlets in Chandler! read more

We used to love this outlet mall but it's gone downhill. The service at Kate Spade was horrible. There were only 2 employees, we weren't greeted by either of them, they didn't explain the promotions & they seemed put out that we asked questions. This is our worst experience at a KS Outlet. The Famous Footwear had ants crawling on all the shelves. Didn't want to buy shoes for fear of bringing ants home. Old Navy & Vera Bradley had the best customer service. Michael Kors acted like we were going to steal something. Coach was just ok - great selection but mediocre customer service - as if their manager was there & they were being forced to talk to customers. Made me not want to buy anything. Off Saks is just weird. Friendly staff, but the displays are horrible, low stock, surprised it's still open. read more

Was told I could return purchase within 60 days at the Levi's Outlet store at Wild Horse Pass Premium Outlets. The store didn't have a tape measure, so I decided to buy the jeans I tried that fit "pretty well", because I was told I could return if they didn't work as long as it was within 60 days of purchase. Tried to return them today, because they were too big once the "stretch" fabric did its work. I was returning within 30 days, but was told I couldn't do so because the tags weren't still on. I told the saleswoman, I was NEVER told that was a condition by the person near the jeans or the person at the register (both on the day of purchase). She was refused to help me in any way since she said it was on the receipt (in very small print). So, if you really want Levi's, shop at Amazon. They have a much better selection and were 1/2 the price of the so-called outlet. I ended up buying Lee jeans thru Amazon since they fit me better, were better made, less cost than Levi's and take returns sooo easily. For the saleswoman, who was so snotty and imperious to me..... I realize that it is depressing and soul-sucking to work for a company that tells you to misrepresent policies to your customers, so I can understand your attitude. But don't take it out on your customers, find a better company that cherishes their customers so you can be your best self at work. read more

It was my first time here at Phoenix Premium Outlets, and it was a nice experience. All the famous brand names you're used to at discounted prices, with ample parking. There's a few parking lots surrounding the mall, so you shouldn't have too much trouble except during peak seasons. Interestingly, it's located in the city of Chandler, not Phoenix (they're neighboring cities). The shops are nicely laid out, with directories scattered throughout to help you navigate your shopping game plan. It's an outdoor mall, which I believe is pet friendly. I saw some people with dogs on leashes. Just be sure to bring those doggy bags! This place is clean and it was a pleasant shopping trip. I dropped a star because the Food Court didn't have much to offer. I saw maybe 3 or 4 places open for business, and the others were undergoing renovations to be opened up later. We ended up eating somewhere else. It's good for a quick snack if that's all you need. I'd definitely come again for sure because all my faves are here: Adidas, Kate Spade New York, and Puma, among others. If you're in the area and have some time to kill, drop by. I just wouldn't recommend going in the hot summer months unless you're local and don't mind braving the AZ heat! read more

3 stars A decent sized outlet, however, Labor Day weekend sales were non-existent. It was the typical 70% off that one would expect. I remember seeing Old Navy, Gap, Polo, Adidas, Claire's, Colombia, Starbucks, and a small food court. There is free parking onsite and dogs are allowed. My dog was in a stroller the whole time and no one complained, so I'm assuming dogs are allowed. Still, I wouldn't drive all the way out here for this when there are other shopping malls, plazas, and outlets around. read more

I like shopping here for kids clothing because it's easier to find cute outfits that match. I went to Guess which is my favorite to shop for little girls clothing . I love the Levi store for myself, although, the Levi store in the outlet in Palm Springs is my top choice. I did find a pair of Levi's that fit me perfectly which is always hard to find for a Woman with curves. I went to Michael Kors to find a wallet after purchasing my purse from Macy's but couldn't find the matching wallet at Macy's. I did end up finding the matching wallet at this location. Plenty of Free parking, and easy access to park close to the stores you plan to visit, which is a plus ( if you're not in the mood to walk the entire mall). I will never purchase jewelry from an Outlet ever again, due to finding out that most of the jewelry are returns and products that regular dept stores couldn't sell. I purchased earrings from a well named store, to find that the jewelry was fake and tarnished, thankfully, I was able to swap them out at the dept branch after telling my jewelry sales lady about them. I'm always looking between the lines for standalone items or essentials when I come here, while at the same time I pay very close attention to the cycle of sales and know when it's the right time to buy. Bottom line, the Outlets here offer a wide variety of items that I feel it appeals to anyone with any type of style. Whether you're looking at that Calvin Klein Coat in the window, those Boss shoes and sports coat, Chucks from Converse, or denims from True Religion or Lucky Brand, you bound to find something to add to the arsenal in your closet. Most recent trip was about adding more athletic wear so Under Armor & Nike were key but found some gems at Polo and Off Saks fifth. As the weather starts to warm up be mindful... or do what I do and shop towards the end of the day when the sun goes down... What a gem stumbling on this hidden secret tucked away in this Premium Outlet. Having shave ice in Arizona throughout the Valley is usually a "Hit or Miss" most times its a "Miss" never can get that shave ice taste from where you come from and Id like to brag that Hawaii has one of the best shave ice in the entire world! No comparison.. However, now I have to change that mindset and can no longer say that anymore! Lol 10th Island shave ice! Its an interesting name. Las Vegas is considered the 9th Island to Hawaii and its where we get our cravings when we need a piece of home. Its only a 4 hour drive and interestingly Arizona has also become or the saying is "Its our 10th island" because the cost of living in Hawaii is beyond what many can no longer afford. I love the name of this food truck. What makes this shave ice truck unique? besides all of the beautiful photos with Maui, Molokai, Big Island, and Arizona blended nicely together. Its how they make their ice to be so nice, soft and it melts into your mouth. There is a strategic to mastering the ice in a DRY Climate versus the moisture. Usually people here in Arizona just grind the ice, place it in a cup, and add commercialized store brought syrup..There you have it - SHAVE ICE! hahaha...Well, although its a great to chew on commercial flavored syrup ice. That is definitely not something we do back home. The owners of 10th Island Shave Ice have taken the time to mastering the ice and bringing it here to Arizona and not only the ice but, also the syrup. All of their syrup that they use is FRESH fruits used with real cane sugar, which the taste is UNBELIEVABLE over there nice soft shaved ice. The flavor is nice and sweet with a scoop of Tahitian Vanilla Ice Cream (Yum), topped with Li-Hing Mui (You have to try it if you never had Li-Hing Mui), and with condensed cream...WOW, AMAZING and their regular size is enough for two or maybe even a third person to dive in! My go-to flavors are Lychee (Lie-Chee), Mango, and Guava. Broke da mouth! They also serve Fresh made mochi (Japanese rice cake) from another hawaiian local family that has a bakery here also. You can also request to have some mochi on your shave ice. My husband had his with Mochi and loved it ALL. So if you never had a "REAL" Shave Ice before and you had it at some water store or other places and you are adventurous into trying what a "AUTHENTIC" Shave Ice is? Truly enjoy this outlet mall- the best in the Valley if you ask me. There's a wide selection of big name stores and the deals here are no joke! Scored some Reebok sneakers for my dad for $21 and some Nike running sneakers for myself for $44. Vera Bradley handbags for $30! They have a great selection of designer and brand names such as Kate Spade, Nike, Adidas, Vera Bradley, Coach and Saks, as well as everyday staple stores like Old Navy and The Gap. The ball is outdoor but there are sun pannel barriers which make outside shopping actually very tolerable compared to other outdoor malls. Please be advised the food court is currently inoperable and the only food options right now are Starbucks, Dairy Queen and Wetzel's Pretzels. read more

This mall is easily accessible from either the I-10 or the 202 south loop. Parking is ample, but not much shade. There are many high end and specialty stores in this mall. Most of them offer great deals on retail items, but this review is for the mall itself. There are sun shields strategically placed to provide shade most of the day. The food court is air conditioned, but they have removed the seating due to COVID. The restrooms are clean and well serviced. I saw security patrolling the area frequently. The only thing lacking is food places. There are 3 in thee food court and a couple in the mall itself. At lunch time it is hard to find somethihg to eat and a place to sit. read more

We had to visit this outlet just because the other outlet in the Phoenix area was starting to lose its touch. It was right off the interstate and fair warning you will have to walk to the stores in that hot weather that Phoenix is known for! So off we went in the pursuit of finding better shops. It was pretty easy to find and very well kept. I would definitely come back in the winter to experience the outdoor ambiance. We hit all the shops that we wanted and found great deals. We spent a good four to five hours at the outlet. The whole atmosphere is an upgrade from the other outlet. I would definitely come here again. read more

There are benches located throughout the passageways for a rest if you need. These outlets are great. But want to know what's not so great?... actually getting to the outlets.. I hadn't been here in a while and so we decided to finally make the voyage on over. It was a beautiful day, and you can't beat taking a stroll out when there's such great weather outside! Getting off the freeway is easy but then finding the way to the outlets feels like a maze. We drove all the way around the casino, we passed the rawhide turn, turned right, then passed the stop signs, and finally turned our last right, ugh what a struggle. Why couldn't they build the outlets their own exit from the freeway?.. sigh The outlets has some good stores though! Our favorite has to be Kate Spade and they always have the best deals around! There are also some other stores here that aren't "outlet stores" so their deals don't differ from the mall deals that are going on. There is plenty to see and they have plenty of benches throughout! There is a Starbucks and on the day we were there, there was a hot dog stand and a kettle corn stand. They also have a food court but I have yet to see what's inside. Security is usually walking around and or driving around in the parking lot.. parking is limited and this place gets super crazy during the holidays. Happy shopping! read more

My wife purchased several pairs of blue jeans at the Chandler Premium Outlets Levi's store. As she put on one of the pairs at home for the first time, her hands had blue ink all over them. She unfortunately had removed the tags on that pair. When she went back to return all of the jeans she was told they would not allow a return the unworn and clearly defective (over saturated in dye) pants with tags removed. The store clerk gave us an 800 number to call Levi Strauss saying only they could handle our issue. The next day I called the customer service number. The person at the 800 number said since we have all the tags and receipt we can go back to the store and get a refund. When I went back to make the return, the manager, a young, very unprofessional and snarky woman, was defensive from the start. When I explained we were heading out for dinner the prior evening and my wife was about to sit in the over saturated blue jeans in her car with very light colored upholstery the manager said "I'm sure your car's upholstery is very special." It was the first of multiple passive aggressive comments she made before walking away saying she didn't need this today and her "fever is coming back." Not sure what that was about. I called her back and let her know the 800 # person said to have the store call them for confirmation of my instruction to go back to the store for a refund. She called customer Svc and said we had damaged the pants and they were in no condition to be resold. I corrected her saying the pants were never worn and all tags were present, not attached and the pants were damaged by us but they are defective goods. She accused me of talking over her. She then said she would exchange them but only for the exact product, which is of extremely poor quality. I offered to give the credit to another shopper to use towards their purchase (roughly $47) and the manager said she would not allow it. At that point the other customer told the manager she was being extremely unprofessional in her language and behavior. I then decided to leave. Just outside the store I put the defective Levi's in a trash bin where they belong. It goes without saying, but I will still say it, Levi's has lost a lifelong customer. I don't go very often to this mall but I have been there about 10 times. They have good sales and it's easy to walk around. In the summer time they have fans and sprinklers to make you feel more comfortable. This place is similar to the one in Las Vegas but a little bit less crowded. Food court is good but needs more variety. Also it needs a playground area as they only have a little area for kids but not very safe in my opinion. I'm coming back in the future. read more

The Phoenix Premium Outlets has a lot of good clothing, shoe and accessory stores to shop at. The buildings were well maintained and very clean. The Starbucks location was nice, and in the center of the outlet mall. When I checked in on Yelp! I noticed that I could go to guest relations to get a coupon book! I saved a nice chunk of change because of it. The Kate Spade Store was having a 70% off storewide sale, I picked up two wallets for $35! A steal! The Old Navy, while it had a large selection was a bit of a mess inside the store. The Tommy Bahama Store was easy to navigate and was very open and well kept. There was friendly staff at each store we went in! I would definitely recommend visiting! read more

This is the place to go if you are looking for shoes. They have Nike, Asics, Sketchers, Adidas, and a few bargain shoe stores where you can get discounted sneakers. The Nike store advertises huge deals, but a lot of the times their discount rack is off-sized like XS or XXL. It seems like a lot of their good stuff is not discounted at all. The Sketchers store usually has a good buy one, get the second one half off sale. I usually go in their for one pair and leave with two. Although I've been to the Adidas and Asics stores, I have yet to buy anything at those stores. The other good store is the Calvin Klein store that does have a good selection, not just the leftovers from other malls like you find at other outlet shops. The Kate Spade store usually has steep discounts if your other half is looking for a new bag. The outlet mall itself is nice with a Starbucks and misters all around so you don't overheat in the summer. This outlet mall is decently nice with a lot of very nice higher end stores. The mall is an outdoor one, so keep that in mind if there are weather extremes going on. I like the mall set-up. The store are lined-up into a large loop, so you can park and make one giant loop and not miss a single store. The parking lot has plenty of parking. The food court was rather lacking for me. I didn't really like the options in there. The food court does have tons of seating inside and some outside. The stores here seem to cater to everyone from kids to adults and athletes to the business professionals and everyone in between. I found that each of the stores had good selections and were having sales on top of already discounted prices. Sweet! Don't forget to swing by customer service in the food court to pick up your savings passport for checking in. You can stack this discount on top of the store discounts. read more
