There's so much offered here and really convenient and centrally located. Many different retail stores and restaurants. From clothing to novelty, to toys, shoes, to department stores, it's all here. Plus lots of eateries of all kinds, esp. in the food court area. Several clearance/"outlet" type stores for brand names like Nike too. There are also the movies, a Rainforest Cafe, a Legoland mini-theme-park, plus the Arizona SeaLife Aquarium, so you can definitely spend the whole day here and have so much fun, and find all kinds of goodies that'll lighten your heart and your wallet. Mall staff we saw were working hard at keeping all parts of the mall clean, esp. around the common areas like the bathrooms and emptying out trash cans, etc. at the food court. Individual retail store staff were friendly and helpful too. Overall, a really comprehensive and comfortably curated collection of stores in a clean shopping center environment. Most importantly, you'll get your steps in as this mall is in a vast space and on one floor, so it's quite spread out and you'll do a lot of walking. Thankfully, it's also nicely cool here, perfect for the heat in AZ.

They do have nice bathrooms, including the family bathroom however it was locked so you do have to call security to have them come unlock it for you, but someone was there in a matter of minutes. It wasn't dirty, but it could have been cleaner. I also have heard it can get a little bit rough here at night time, but I did not experience that while here around 10 AM to noon on a Saturday.

It's a 45 min mat pilates class taught by Abby and Melanie. May 30th was their last rooftop class for now until it gets cooler out again. My cousins happened to find the event and 4 of us joined since there was a 2 for 1 deal (about $11 each!). It was my first time taking a mat pilates class and I loved it, minus the burning sun part. If this were in spring or fall, it would be perfect! I parked one below in the shade and as soon as I walked up, I could already hear the music the dj had on and it was just my kinda music. Surrounding the grass area were different vendors including Starbucks, a matcha bar, skin care, tarot, gummies, protein bars, bread and cookies, women's health, massages, IV shots, health coaching and merch. The details of the event didn't say to bring our own mat so two of us forgot to pack one. Luckily, the instructors had a bunch of extras for anyone who forgot. They also provided bands for everyone. Those bands killed us. You'll feel the burn the next day. In fact, my whole body was sore for a few days and I started feeling it already that same night. After the class ended, we browsed the vendors. I purchased some gummies (hair/nails and energy), had a quick tarot reading done, grabbed some freebies and 2purchased matchas. We enjoyed the variety of stores and restaurants, both inside the mall and in the surrounding area, so there are plenty of shopping and dining options to choose from. The mall itself was clean, spacious, and a nice place to escape the summer heat. During our visit, we noticed there was quite a bit of construction taking place. Because of that, some areas of the mall were temporarily inaccessible, and a few elevators and escalators were out of service. While it was a minor inconvenience, it didn't take away from our overall experience. Overall, we had a pleasant visit and would return. Once the construction is complete, I'm sure the shopping experience will be even better.

It offers many shopping and food opportunities. They also have a movie theater there. The shopping and food available ranges in price from low to high. Plenty of free parking available. Decent parking and I found a close handicapped space for the van. Event started promptly at 5:30. A few vendors including our very own Yelp Elite Event spot in Gilbert -Pixie sticks. They had a nice boutique there with an assortment of their items for sale. Joining them with booths were PetSmart (pup cups), a couple dog rescue orgs, and a Halloween photographer. There was also great music and really good cash bar making some excellent cocktails. It was a free event. The cocktails were $9 apiece... decent value. Topped it off with dinner at ZinBurger before I left. There's a few great restaurants up there, so will probably back despite the long drive.

I also sometimes meet up with friends or family or even head there on my own. There's something for everyone and plenty to see and do; however, some of my favorite stores and restaurants have closed and been replaced over the years. It also happens to be where my wife and I had our first date! The Biltmore Fashion Park is known for some great restaurants. While there are some upscale and casual restaurants there, my favorites include Seasons 52 or True Food for a good meal and Frost a Gelato Shoppe for dessert. I really enjoy having several Fox restaurants at the Biltmore. There are also many other restaurants in the area. Several of the restaurants have great happy hours, too. I miss the Crepe Club though several other restaurants have opened since then. There are also plenty of shops from upscale shops to more casual ones like Lululemon and Sakes 5th Avenue. There are fancy clothing stores that my wife may enjoy though I typically enjoy the nice courtyard or seating outside some of the stores while she shops. Then, we grab a bite somewhere together. I miss the Apple Store and Sharper Image but look forward to what is opened next. There are also experiences from the Sip & Stroll (where you can enjoy a beverage from one of six restaurants and then walk around), meet-up with the Phoenix Run Club, the Art Walk, the Swiftie Liftie Outdoor Workout Class, or one of a number of galas or special events. I stopped by with the mission of grabbing lunch, doing a little retail therapy (because somehow I always "accidentally" find something I need), and letting my little one burn off some energy at the indoor play area. Talk about a win-win! While the tiny human was busy making new best friends for five minutes, I got to enjoy the rare luxury of sitting down without hearing, "Mom, watch this!" every 12 seconds. This mall is always clean, spacious, and has a great variety of stores, whether you're shopping for clothes, gifts, or just browsing to justify getting your daily steps in. There are plenty of dining options too, so it's easy to turn a quick stop into a fun afternoon. One of my favorite things is that it's family-friendly. The indoor play area is such a lifesaver during Arizona's triple-digit weather. Instead of melting outside, the kids can play in the air conditioning while parents get a tiny moment to recharge. Overall, Chandler Fashion Center is one of my favorite malls in the Valley. Whether you're shopping, grabbing a bite to eat, or just looking for an easy family outing, this place checks all the boxes. Just be warned... you might walk in for lunch and leave with shopping bags you definitely didn't plan on buying. That's just part of the Chandler Mall experience!

I think this might be a new policy or something they started this summer. I don't come very often but it's always usually really nice / borderline chilly inside. Was there around 12-130pm. Stay hydrated everyone; it's easy to underestimate the heat!

Furniture, white, has visible gray/black shoeprints from disrespectful customer(s)/unsupervised children. Even observed a child climbing on a stacked display of marble/stone tables. Everything seemed extremely overpriced, unusual and bordering on weird, not so much unique. Products that seemed to be missing something. Sort of like Rudolph's Land of Misfit Toys.
