Thieves! We contacted this company because our first surveyor did absolutely nothing for months and…read morewe had to fire them. I spoke to Jeff Herron and he sounded professional. He drafted up a contract which demanded half upfront ($10k in this case) with a promise to complete within 2 weeks. Well, that was a year and a half ago and they never did anything! they literally walked away with our $10,000 and did nothing! I have contacted them numerous times and they never never get back to me! All the local attorneys seems to have conflicts of interest with this company so good luck recovering your costs. So dishonest for a small town company to behave this way. Stay away from Herron! **ZERO STARS!!!**

Several months after signing a sellers agreement I decided not to sell my home. I don't believe anybody should be forced to sell their home because of a listing agreement with a realtor. I paid her for her time and for some drawings that had been drawn up. She plainly agreed to give me the photos and provided me a price that I was required to pay in order to obtain them. She then reneged on that deal and did not reimburse me the amount I paid for them.
