After explaining all the things we had tried, the technician told me he would call me back as soon as he had a time slot available, and would come by. Within two hours, I had a phone call telling me he could make a house call in 15 minutes. Brendan arrived promptly and assessed the furnace. He indicated he would need to step out to pick up a part, but that he would be back within the hour to repair it. And he was absolutely true to his word. The entire repair, from assessment to clean up, took less than two hours, and our furnace was back up and running. There aren't many repair places you can call who will send a service tech out the same day, and actually fix the problem same day.
