Be careful when you buy sunglasses from here I purchased sunglasses less than two years ago and the plastic was peeling off dropped it off for Repair. They told me they can repair it. Wait a few weeks receive my sunglasses they never repair them. They said that the parts no longer exist. Sorry we cannot do anything about it. I requested a credit they said no we cannot give you a credit cause you don't have the receipt. This is terrible service for customers. Credit will be minimum my sunglasses have no scratches at all very well taken care of. This is not aware in tear. This is a manufacturer issue. The least they could've done is give me a credit towards new glasses never purchasing sunglasses again and I will be returning my other ones. read more

Jumbo/Maxi Caviar with gold is here and they always have at least one in stock. Anyone who shops Chanel, knows that some locations have a long waiting list for anything "Classic" with gold hardware. I took my executive tote in to be repaired. They told me it would take a while. It never got repaired. I got a call that they wanted me to pick it up! They were rude. I picked it up! Buyer beware if you spend 6k on a bag they will not service it after 5 years! They are not nice! I ended up sending it to the leather surgeons who repaired the bag to where it looks new! In a day where we should not blindly shop I'll refurbish my bags! I wouldn't shop at this store at all! I would sooner spend my money at Saks, Neimans or BG who sell Chanel and treat you the way you should be treated! read more

Actually disappointed. I arrived separately from my mom and sister. I was coming to bring my mom her cane and help my mom set up a transfer to pay a whopping $12,500 debit not credit for what she was buying. When I went to the door with the cane I was told my mom and sister were not in, even though they didn't ask for a name or a physical description. They made me call them at the door which was difficult because I had bad reception. The manager(?) (Thicker-side woman with blonde hair, bob cut) walked up to my mom and sister in the shoe room and told them that I would not be allowed to sit in a chair if someone wanted to come buy shoes. Excuse me? My mom is spending over 12k, I'm there to assist her with giving her her mobility device and take care of the technicalities of a debit transaction and you wanna make a point that I will not be allowed to sit down behind my back to my family? Thank you for treating me like garbage. If our advisor helping us wasn't kind and my mom needed input on her purchase I would've told my mom not to buy anything from here. Our lady at the Chanel in Chicago will be so disappointed to hear that someone went out of there way to make sure that I am not entitled to be seated while waiting for our advisor to pack everything up for us. When the sales lady saw this, she shepherded us into a back room (very cleverly disguised as a mirrored wall that opened up). As soon as we were seated in the back room, a hottie in a French Maid's outfit appeared with a silver try bearing an ice cold bottle of Moet champagne with several glasses already poured! hmmmm....gee...let me think about it....NOT!!! :))))) (It's Florida and 95+ friggin degrees outside!) I was looking for a limited edition bag and sadly it was sold out everywhere. I spoke to a nice lady at this Chanel boutique and she got my info and told me she would call me if she received their expected shipment in a week or 2. I figured I would never hear from her again but to my sheer delight I heard back from her within 3 days that they got a shipment even earlier than promised and she was holding my bag for me. I went in the next day and sure enough my dream bag was waiting for me! The store is beautiful and they have a great selection of bags, shoes, and accessories. I came in to Chanel today to buy a brooch. The very polite gentleman at the door asked me to wait 5 minutes for the next associate. Little did I know he would be my ONLY positive experience at this store! Once I was let in I was not greeted by anyone. I had to walk up to what I would think is a greeter to ask for help. She pointed me towards the brooches and I walked in that direction. I found the brooch I came for yet NO ONE came to assist me. 15 minutes later of pacing and nothing. I walked over to the greeter and she offered no remedy. I waited yet another 5 minutes and walked out. NO ONE stopped me or even said "Have a nice day." Incredibly disappointed by the treatment I walked over to Dior inside Sak's where I was treated incredibly by both Payton and Ruben. I purchased not just a brooch but a gorgeous bag and belt too. Shame on Chanel for terrible customer service but kudos to Dior for turning my day around! read more

I told her what kind of weather from where I am , what kind of style I like and explained do to her I know exactly what I like and what I don't and I I know how things work . She listened and offered the best service over the phone . I can definitely feel she is very well trained and knows a lot about her brand Chanel that she has been working for this company many years . I purchased and reserved items through her . The only thing is I have not meet her because I don't live in Florida it's why I must bring clothes to near by area to get alteration or I bring with me to where I travel to another stare where the Chanel boutique is near by my hotel where I go . I hope I get to meet her one day and that way we can see each other in person and she can see me and see my actual size . Absolutely horrendous customer service. $375 got glasses that have 14 day return policy? What "luxury" brand do you know has a 14 day return policy? When you charge that big of a premium and not even wear the sunglasses once I think one should consider extending that return policy. A flagship store for the Southeast. Go at the beginning of the month when they have a new shipment for the best selection. Prices on handbags increase periodically which drives up "value" - last increase was in May. Unless money is no object you'll probably want to take your time with these major purchases as purses on average run $6000+ and clothes $2000+. Note: you can return items so there won't be any buyers remorse. Spectacular people watching. Ask for Ines for a pleasant experience as she is very knowledgeable and most friendly.
