Let me start by saying the staff is absolutely amazing. Daryl, David, and Cutter are all outstanding employees! I did, however, forget one of the other employees names so sorry, dude! You're a great guy too! They are all so well mannered and kind. And I must add, extremely funny and entertaining. They all hold such great work ethic and their ability to handle a large rush with patience is definitely admirable. Their knowledge on the products is wonderful and they explain things very well to those who are just starting out on vaping. All those boys deserve some kind of raise or bonus for their outstanding abilities to stay educated on the products they are selling, remain professional no matter what is happening, and for their patience when dealing with a sale that might take longer than others. Daryl, the beastly shop associate who deserves a promotion or at the very least a raise, waited patiently as we decided just what kind of vape juice we wanted over the phone. Channys sucks! They don't mix the juice the way you ask. They cannot even mix a max vg juice because they are inexperienced! Anyone who gives this place 5 stars obviously has not been to many good vape shops and have not experienced the taste of premium juice. Everytime my husband and I got juice from Chanys our wics burnt out and juice just plain sucked! We now order premium juice online which actually is less expensive if not the same price as what we were paying at channys and only about a two day wait. There are a lot of vape shops out there with inexperienced employees and poor quality products. If you want to see one, go to Chaney's Vape Station and look across the street. Now, if you want some excellent service from a knowledgeable staff and great deals, take a step inside. Daryl sold me my first ego starter kit a few years ago when vaping was new to me and generally new to everyone. He was an expert then and still top in his field today. But let's be honest, there's a lot of experts out there and it comes down to price and quality. This shop has both on juices and hardware. You can find the hardware cheaper online but you won't get the expert advice and will be buying mod after mod and tank after tank till you get it right. These guys know what works and how it works in detail. All the locals know the juice is not only better here but awesome deals on it all the time! I travel for work, try a lot of vape shops, but this place is the water mark and few others meet the standard. These guys are definitely pros! read more

This was for the store in Ennis but same owner. I purchased an E-Cig from them based on their recommendations. It never worked for me and the device had MANY issues and I returned to have them "fine-tune" and adjust voltage, coils, etc no less than 12 times. I was coming up on the 30 day warranty and took it back for a refund. The clerk (Robert) was great but he called the owner (Chad) and Chad said no refunds. Poor business model and I will tell my friends NOT to go there. read more
