Yes they are sitting around possibly due to the fact that no one is in the store .... but when I enter they always jump to help me. Giving recommendations on new flavors and making sure I get the right coils. I have never had a negative experience here. I just wanted to write a positive review bc the only one about the store is really negative and I didn't feel a true reflection of the store or employees. The last time I went in I chose a mod that I did not understand and I'm taking it back to exchange. I hope it will not be a problem. I'll update to add how my experience goes.
