Sales person suggested I try the two selections out to see how I liked them, which I did. There was no mention of an exchange only policy and it was a busy day in the small store Took bras home but found they were too uncomfortable and I couldn't wear them. Returned next day. I was told items were exchange only that I should have made myself aware, the onus was on me to find out about the return policy as there are signs in the store. There was nothing in the fitting room where I spent all of my time. Paid in good faith with debit so I do not have the backing of my credit card company. My Top Drawer sells their service but I feel deceived after making a near $400. purchase. Once they have your money they intend on keeping even after only 24hours. I don't believe a disclaimer after the fact is adequate , when I wasn't wearing my reading prescription and when the selection promoted was an alternative to the correct choice.
