For 2 years I've attempted to get on their books- Ive done the whole waiting for them to open up the schedule and I've never been able to get in for a couples massage let alone anything else that they offer. I spoke with Rebecca today and was told that I just need to keep trying when their books open. After 2 years of trying, my guess is that it's not going to work out. Not to even mention the fact that getting a massage shouldn't be this difficult. She eventually hung up on me when I didn't accept 'you've had more than a year to use this gift card' as an answer.
