Get a call around 10 telling me that they don't have the paint. They will have to get it from Foley and it will be around 1 before it is ready. Never got a notification telling me is ready. Went up there at 5 and was told that Foley had an incorrect count and that they do not have my order. There is no value in this. I actually hate their paint anyway, but because contractors used it in my house before I decided to stick with it. The value is not that great either. $100 for a gallon of paint that says one coverage and it takes 3 coats. Nope no value, no inventory. You're a paint store. You should have paint in stock, not one but two stores. I will NOT visit this location again. If I have to drive to Pensacola to get my paint, then I will. People need to stop doing business here.

This morning (6/5/26) I stopped in on the way to work to buy something, and while trying to get my…read more(Lowes verified) veterans discount to work at the self checkout I was told in a very rude and disrespectful manner by a clerk named Cathy there that she couldn't help me because she didn't have the barcode needed to help. So then I pushed the "get help" option on the self checkout and the very same clerk came back and did exactly what she just told me a minute before what she couldn't do - thus besides being rude Cathy clearly flat-out lied to me when I politely asked her for assistance. When I tried calling the store manager while driving to work I spent a total of over 16 minutes with the phone just ringing away after I had told someone there I needed to speak with the manager. Today's negative experience tells me that Cathy's poor attitude is a top down problem at this store since the management team there is unavailable to even speak with a customer about any problems or complaints.

I was treated very badly by a MANAGER. I reported this to a very nice gentleman at their corporate office, who apologized profusely and did follow up with other employees at this store who verbalized exactly what I said happend. I really did thank him for that. I just hope they can do something to fix this problem. How sad to be treated in such a manner this day and time. How sad this man is in charge over other employees. Ugh
