Zac is an extraordinary masseuse. I come in about every month and have an hour and a half massage at first he reviews whether I have any special problems in my body that would need extra attention. This time I went for a relaxing massage. It was definitely one of the most relaxing massages I ever had. He stretched my body and I am sure I will be extra flexible in the weeks to come because of this. He has soothing music on and a heated table. He puts a bolster under my ankles and later behind my knees. I am game for a wonderful massage. I never wanted to end. But unfortunately, all good things do have to end. Zac is totally dedicated to his profession and he is constantly learning and improving with each time I come. He offers specials, which I appreciate. In fact, I just bought a series of 8 ninety minute massages, which is the best value. I book each massage ahead, and that way they are always on the calendar. I had my eyebrows done here by a tech, not Rhonda. I noticed that she did not follow the original line and I had an area I wanted fixed. When I went back I was told the tech had left and when I showed Rhonda the problem she gave me blender pencil to cover it. A solution but not the one I wanted. I now need to go back because my right eyebrow has faded and is lighter than my left. My grandson's bar mitzvah is coming up and I need to look spectacular. I am sure someone there will becabke to fix ne up as this place is intimate, calming, relaxing and personable. read more

I scheduled an appointment with Rhonda at Changing Faces in March 2017 to get permanent eyeliner, both upper and lower, so that my eyes would be fabulous for my daughter's wedding on 6/3/17. According to Rhonda's website, she's world renowned as a teacher, which is great if you're one of her students. After my first appointment, Rhonda has had me come back several times to "fix" my eyes. Every time I do come back, whatever she does looks worse. The last time I went to her new, high tech studio, to have ink removed from my lower lid. This process was much more painful than any of the other "fixes". The result was that now my left lower lid looks SMUDGED!!! For someone, Who recently went to her son's wedding, and knew about my daughter's up-coming wedding, she should have done her very best work on me! Instead, it looks like she didn't care at all! I'm extremely embarrassed to even look at myself in the mirror! If I only had someone to turn to fix my eyes! read more

The place is clean, well kept and the staff are extremely friendly. I got a massage and facial done today. They were both amazing. Went in there with a lot of tension in upper traps/back + shoulder area and by the time the massage was finished that was all gone. Zac was very thorough and took his time, paid attention to details and really worked on the area that was bothering me unlike some other massage places that I've been to that just follow a certain routine. I'm super sensitive to certain products that contain chemicals and let them know. The products they used are good and of quality and had no issues with my sensitivity. The lady who did my facial was super nice and the facial was good, but to me was not even an hour, more like 50 mins. The spa had promos for January and I had mentioned to the gentleman when I had called to schedule and thought it would be noted?? My husband had gotten me a $100 gift card to use and thought if the facial promo was $65, that I wasnt leaving a $35 tip! No one mentioned anything to me that i would have a credit and I realize that maybe "I" should have said something but didnt unfortunately. Rhonda is the best. I have been going to Changing Faces for about 8 years. Rhonda is very professional in every capacity. I have used Rhonda for both my eyeliner upper and lower lids and facials. My eyeliner has lasted for at least 4+ years. I kept wanting to redo my lines and she would say not yet, you don't need to redo yet and that was after 3+ years. If you are not in need of doing your eyes again, she will not do it. To me that is honesty. Rhonda is not pushy like others and she is very professional in every aspect.
