Great place for and eye brow wax or other wax jobs. I can usually get appointments for the same day or within the week. If this location is booked there are several others driving distance. The pathing lot is shared with Trader Joe's so parking isn't easy. Keep that in mind and give yourself the extra 10 minutes. read more

I have been coming to European Wax Center for years and highly recommend it to anyone who is in need of a good wax! The staff members are always extremely friendly , whether you're calling to make an appointment or checking in. They always make a point to smile and will tell you about any deals and promotions they have. This location is also very clean. I love that the ac is always low and the floors are sparkling! Well....after a 2 month wax hiatus because I am not home in VA and my fiancé was dropping little hints, I knew it was time to take care of business!! Very clean facility & extremely pleasant employees especially at check-in. I really appreciated hearing the appointment parameters and there was a nine minutes grace period which is very generous. The first thing I warned Abby when I got into her room was that it had been a...while. She said it wasn't so bad but I thought otherwise! This is the first time in Over 10 years someone else other than my regular esthetician had done my bikini wax. So impressed with this style of wax because it was gentle and did not pull and did its job expertly. Abby is wonderful & talented. I definitely look forward to returning. I saw the 1:45 slot available so I selected that time & then selected the service I was in need of- To book in App took only a 1 min- I knew exactly what I wanted & I was flexible on who would actually do the service Once inside I was greeted by Brit with a warm smile- I checked in & waited in the lobby no less than 2-3mins My entire appointment took only 10mins!! - Front desk Brit is nice ( she gave me recommendations for salons as I informed her that I was new in town ) I'd recommend anyone looking for great customer service to frequent this location - Wax specialist Taylor was a great listener ( She addressed any concerns & she also recommended places for lunch/dinner as I informed her that I was new in town ) On exit: Taylor wishes me a great day & I thanked her for being a great listener & addressing my needs -Approached the front to exit & Pay with Brit ( Brit also wished me a great day & both ladies said welcome to Florida:)) I then paid for the service & left Taylor a tip I'll be returning to this location. read more

My regular wax lady was out of town and i couldnt wait so i came her in a pinch and i have to say i was so pleasantly surprised, i was given a very friendly esthetician named oriana, she was very detailed and open to chat wo there wasnt any awkwardness haha. The front desk girl kristen was suppeerr sweet and attentive aswell. They are priced a tiny bit higher than im willing to pay at 55 for full brazillian plus tip (normally i pay 45 plus tip) But as a first time guest i was given the service at 27 plus tip which was awesomeeeee. Overall id definitely come back and would definitely reccomend to friends as well. Very clean environment, and non iritating products. Also great location right next to a massage place and a nail salon if you want to give yourself a day of pampering this is a great little strip to be in. read more

Horrible experience. Got there a few minutes late for my 12:45pm appointment and she told me she didn't have time for me any longer. Not once did anyone tell me about a late policy. Then the girl at the front desk had a horrible attitude and told me they wouldn't have time for me until 4pm. I went online and found a 1:45pm appointment... I waited in my car for an hour and came back at 1:35pm to find the doors locked!! No sign on the door..no one answering the phones. This is the most inhospitable European wax center I've been too. Worst manager Regina! I was a minute past the grace period they just lost a client! Rude and not at all apologetic!

Not sure what is happening with this location but they are constantly cancelling appointments, this is a huge inconvenience for me and my schedule, the previous month it happened 3 times in a row and I had to end up going to another location. No apology just a "oh well" attitude. Today I came in and the lady at the desk (11am 4/12) was very rude to me, she was loud and obnoxious when I told her I didn't have an email to fill out ridiculous forms. She was snarky and just so off-putting. It looked like she was training someone, not good. I will absolutely not return to this location because of these 2 things and I have been a very local EWC for many years. read more

I started out at the Deerfield/Hillsboro location but after they reopened after Covid and my favorite therapist left I moved to this one closest to my home. First, my therapist Celeste in Delray is amazing. But the manager of this location just treated me rudely with disrespect for the 2nd time. I will never go to this location again. I am a studio owner and I understand masks, distancing 100 percent. Last time I waited for 25 minutes past my appointment. Today I was asked to wait outside in 95degrees because I was early when I was actually on time. There was also zero social distance issue and I was in my mask. When others were allowed to be in the lobby I went in also. I was told I was rude and disrespectful. When I was left complete alone in the lobby with the manager Regina and I played the voicemail proving my appointment time she glared at me and didn't address anything I had to say. In this day and age waxing (along with pedicures yoga etc) is a luxury and often a financial thing that is a strain. To actually try to take "me time" and feel like crying during my appointment is Unacceptable. Regina needs to understand she has a job in Covid due to people like me. Thank you Celeste for the nice visit /session after feeling completely unwelcome at the door. You're awesome. Regina I will never be back to this location due to your rude unacceptable behavior. I love this place. It's very clean, the staff are really friendly and I love Lindsay, my regular waxing specialist. I've been going here once a month for a year and my experience has always been excellent. If you sign up for a year package, it's really affordable and you usually get extra months for free. The waiting area is calm and inviting and the staff usually moves things along in a very timely manner. I don't think I've ever waited for than 10 minutes. Highly recommend! read more

I stopped by for a last-minute drop-in appointment and they were able to take me right away which I was not expecting since this location is in a busy shopping center. The lobby and individual rooms were all very clean and well-lit. My waxer was Lyn - she did a great job and was easy to make conversation with. Great experience! The salon was very clean and social distancing was enforced as they asked people to wait outside if they were early for their appointment which I appreciated! I called last minute and they were accommodating and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Oriana who did my eyebrows was awesome! She is amazing she makes my Brazilian as painless and as quick as possible all the while being super thorough. She does great on my eyebrows too! She's the best! Worst experience waxing ever. Both of my eyebrows are burned. Never asked me if I liked my eyebrows shape. And then told me to put vaseline on the burn. Are they kidding me. I use to have a pass for European wax but if they are hiring people with no experience and/bad training I will never go back. I am in love with European Wax but mostly with this location (Delray Beach). I live much closer to another EWC but drive 25 minutes because I love it so much. I have been a loyal European Wax Customer for quite some time- I started when I lived in Colorado Springs and when I moved to Delray Beach I was ecstatic to discover there was one was close by. I always get the full Brazilian and underarms- obviously it is not an enjoyable experience but my technician is Kristin and she's AMAZING! I enter her room dreading the pain that I know a wax brings but somehow Kristin always manages to make me laugh and forget about the torture I put myself through haha. I want to give them five stars but this location does not give a military discount like my other location did. Shana is the best waxer I have had at any European Wax Center. She is nice, funny, fast, and thorough. Other waxers have left my skin extremely irritated, but that has never happened with Shana. She always keeps up the conversation to make things less awkward and always lets me know what offers or specials they have going on. Waxing is not a pleasant experience but Shana makes it a little less awkward and painful. I recommend her to anyone. read more
