The program stresses flexibility, balance, and mental acuity through martial arts. I can't stress enough how much this program has improved our mental and physical health. This school and it's instructors are dedicated to helping kids develop their self-confidence, discipline among many other life skills. They not only focus on teaching kids valuable physical skills, such as self-defense, but also focus on the total individual. They cover life skills such as perseverance, integrity, goal setting, among others. They also value education and reward kids for good report cards and improvement in school and at home. But, this is not only a martial arts school for kids - adults are also welcome and in fact, encouraged. Many of the adult students are parents of kids who started classes first. I myself am one of those - having gotten my black belt at age 52. And I'm a woman! It's a great workout and I am in the best shape of my life.The classes keep you engaged, you learn valuable skills and the people attending are fun to work out with. It's definitely not intimidating and everyone is welcome. There are a variety of class times available and they make it easy for working adults and kids with busy schedules to fit in their workouts. But master Haugh was so nice and let all 3 boys try it out for free. Maybe it's kindness, maybe brilliant marketing but all 3 boys fell in love. How could you not, he is so kind, so gentle and so inclusive! He meets the kids where they are, doesn't force anyone do something they are not ready for. The biggest thing he teaches is confidence, respect, and positive values. My wife is a teacher and she has even learned how to better teach and reach her students. We are happy we found this wonderful school!

She is very dedicated and Mr. Hauth recognizes her shyness and does everything to encourage her to participate and feel valued. He is an excellent teacher and human being. We are always seeking good male role models for our children and Mr. Hauth certainly fits the bill. We are very fortunate to have him in our community to help raise our kids as thoughtful, kind, and considerate people. Oh and by the way they also learned have to defend themselves in the process!

Best martial arts school I have been to. friendly and knowledgeable staff very helpful and kind and they make it very easy and fun to learn. I like the fact that i'm not coming out all beat up and sore from training all the time. the training is a workout though its not as easy as it looks. I also have my 8 year old daughter training here and she loves it. she likes that its fun, active and a very supportive environment for her to be in. has helped her with her coordination, fitness level and discipline.
