After I took my watch here to get the battery replaced, the man who repairs watches named Rafael, ended up breaking the watch and did not even replace the battery. When I gave the owner, Vivian Prieto, a chance to take responsibility for the damage, they told me I was the one who had to pay to fix it or that I should just use my other watch. I was looking for some simple yellow gold hoop earrings, on the larger side. That's just the hood in me, lol. I decided to stop in and see what they had to offer and was pleasantly surprised by Chantilly's selection! They had several different options, varying sized hoops and thicknesses, and designs such as diamond cut or smooth. I already own a pair of white gold hoops and I was able to find EXACTLY the size and thickness I wanted in yellow gold to match my white ones here at Chantilly. The price was reasonable as well, and I did not hesitate to purchase them. Vivian was very helpful and offered great customer service, and the process was quick and simple, just how I like. Update: Rafael did it again! I was so happy with how he resized & cleaned my moms antique ring that I took him my rings & that I hadn't worn in 5 years since I had kids and my fingers were never the same size. I would not recommend this business to any person who would like to be treated with respect. The manager by the name of Vivian and the woman at the front counter who was there on 4-10-19 around 5 oclock need to be retrained on how to deal with people especially senior citizens. My mom purchased two sets of ear pieces and return then the next day. The return policy clearly says returns are acceptable within 7 days and these employees made her life a living hell. Being disrespectful to anyone is a lack of up bringing. Vivian and her coworker clearly have no ethics on how to handle senior personnel, but it doesnt surprise me in a city were no one respects anything. Vivian I suggest you look in the mirror and realize you will also become a senior one day and hopefully you dont have to deal with someone disrespecting you. As for your employee , please train her properly they represent your company. I will be also writing a review on google and I will be contacting the BBB to complain about your treatment on the elderly. BTW.
