She has met with me on several occasions and at each visit we tackled one different problem area of my home. We have worked in several places that had become a "catch all" for our home and complete disasters: coat closet, awkward below stairs closet, side kitchen counter/home office, kid's closet and basement. These areas felt so overwhelming some days, it was just easier to throw things in on top the pile and shut the door rather than think about cleaning. Or, when I did clean the spaces, they would quickly re-accumulate junk. Debbie was able to help me clean out, sort, discard, and reorganize with prioritization on things were practical in each space. She did this methodically and efficiently. She was also able to help me create new solutions for storage and organization, often with materials on hand, that made better use of each space. Once the areas were clean, more functional and better organized, it was easier to keep them that way! Thank you Well + Orderly!

Anyhow, I feel that people need to be warned of scammers. "Have an actual schedule; be honest with her clients when there is an issue (as opposed to making promises and then flaking out, rescheduling or just flat out ignoring others); and above all: COMMUNICATE. If there's an issue, whatever it may be -- whether it's me, your life, whatever the case may be -- just say so. Even if you want to hide behind a text; that's fine. But when someone is counting on you, either live up to it or be a grown lady and say you can't. This woman actually blocked me because I had the "audacity" to tell her (via recorded audio) that if I had done something to make that resulted in her acting -- pretty much, like an over emotional and irresponsible teenager, then I was sorry. This resulted in me being blocked (or just flat-out ignored). Nevermind the fact that she was paid $700 for a booked 11 hours ($550), or that 2-3 of those hours were spent just hanging out and/or watching YouTube. Moving is one of the most stressful events in a person's life. The very last thing anyone needs is to be treated like a nuisance, lied to and disrespected. Denise knows how to pack a box. No qualms there. Basically, if you're a woman, rich, don't really put her to work, etc., she might be who you want. If you want someone who isn't going to suck nearly a grand out of you and then treat you like the plague, avoid her at all costs. DENISE -- YOU ARE A BUSINESSWOMAN; NOT A HORMONAL TEENAGER. If you can't handle the fire, get out of the kitchen."

While Megan and Rachel are wizards at design and listening to client's personal styles, it is important to note that their services go beyond simple aesthetics. They were incredibly involved with the physical design of the space, which included frequent communication with our construction company and subcontractors, ensuring that everything was accomplished according to the plan. This included but was not limited to: designing lighting plans; meticulously designing and measuring cabinetry, and then working with the cabinet maker and subs to ensure a correct fit; swooping in to fix address all the issues, from fixture placements to counter heights to wall lengths. Their attention to detail along the way was truly astounding and their knowledge of home workmanship is unmatched. There was never a problem they couldn't fix or an issue that they couldn't untangle. I know without a doubt that our project would not be as amazing as it is without them. Fox and Fern is an amazing team and I cannot wait until I have another project so I can work with them again. She has been extremely patient with my decision making - always finding options that I feel comfortable with. (It's scary when you are a first time buyer- and realize how much it really is to furnish a home). We started off having a bunch of pre calls- where she got the vibe of me and my girlfriend's taste. And let me tell you .... It's not an easy feat when my style is PNW/ midcentury modern and my gf is English country side/ northeast . But we are SOOOOOOO happy. She sent us a doc of exactly what we were looking for- and even did it in phases. Little by little .... Am I right ? They were able to quote me via some pictures I sent, and got everything scheduled same day. The techs showed up to the house to pick up when they said they were going to. Multiple points of conversation during the cleaning process as well, to confirm they received the chairs, reviewed them, confirmed they could clean them, and that the price would be what we discussed. Timeliness: Got our chairs back to us a week earlier than we had discussed. Quality of work: Chairs look brand new; picked up and delivered with care. Price: not the least expensive option we saw but given the reviews and communication we received from the start, we knew it would not be money wasted. I did not think their pricing was unreasonable. Every single employee I spoke with was courteous and helpful. A top tier professionally run company from my experience. Will be using them for other needs in the future.

As a small, family-owned business local to the Portland area, they truly go above and beyond for their customers. From the very first phone call, Chantal was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. She responded to my follow-up email promptly and with the same level of care. When I explained my situation, Mike (the owner) personally squeezed me into his already busy schedule for the very next day -- even driving out of his way to my home in Sandy. The travel fee was more than worth it for the quality of service I received. I had a particularly tough biohazard pet stain (not urine, but still a real challenge). I had already tried cleaning it three times myself with a home carpet shampoo vacuum with zero success. Mike assessed the situation right away, recommended the perfect combination of services and products for my specific issue, and completely resolved it. The results were incredible -- the stain and odor are completely gone. A+ Carpet Cleaning delivered excellent, professional work from start to finish. The job was easy to schedule with Andrew Torres, the owner, as he is an great communicator and very understanding of our needs. Giovanni, the man who came to do the work, did an amazing job and it was super comfortable and pleasant to have in my home. He was competent, efficient, thorough, and went above and beyond in performing the job. It was another great experience. They will be returning to do more work outside next month. I highly recommend Crystal Clear. And their prices are very reasonable and more than competitive.
