I was able to message with someone online to coordinate details and even adjust our move as plans shifted, which made the whole process much less stressful. On moving day, our crew was incredible. Andy, Miraj, Muha, Tatty, and Aibar were kind, efficient, and thoughtful throughout the entire day. They worked hard, stayed positive, and handled everything with care. You could tell they were experienced and really took pride in doing a good job. Moving can be chaotic, but this team made it feel organized and smooth. Well worth the cost we had a ton to move. Two Asian dudes showed up, barely spoke to me, one would only speak his own language while the other would then speak to me in English. They rudely took pics of my apartment, then went and sat back in their truck. After about 20 minutes, the guys came out and said they couldn't do the move because it was "unsafe". Prior to that it was because I had too many small items, and in between that I was told it was because I asked for 3 hours and they'd need 7-9 hours. I called dispatch again and told Karina she sent me two racist movers. She claimed that couldn't be. I explained my stance and she said she'd call me back. Meanwhile, I have no way to move my stuff. Karina said she would talk with her moving team and call me back. Guess what? She never did. I guess you get great service when you have the right skin color. Move your stuff yourself and save the headache. The worst company ever and I don't see how Yelp recommends them. I'm disgusted.

We paid for the time to figure that out plus one more mover added 45 mins later. They were quick, but clearly, 2 of the 3 movers had little experience and were really not up for the heavy lifting. They rushed through everything and were reluctant to put things anywhere but the garage. To be honest, I did not WANT them bringing more into the house because they were getting careless. In the end, we had A LOT of broken items. We had a number of heirlooms that were shattered, not cracked, shattered. They even managed to completely shatter an entire case of glass jars that were still in their original box, as safe as could be possible. This only could have happened if a stack of boxes fell over in the truck. I moved 4 houses this year already. These were the most inexperienced and least customer focused as well as the most costly yet.

They were respectful of her house and mine, and careful to not damage any walls or floors. They protected her beautiful furnishings very well during transportation and in and out of houses, and into the correct location. They cared about placing furniture in just the right spot. They were patient with letting us install extension cords behind heavy furniture before they shifted it into place. Before they left, we asked them to move a queen bed and heavy dresser six inches to the left, so that everything fit the way we wanted, and they didn't bat an eye. They were gracious and kind and friendly. They communicated effectively with each other. This trio got some much done on a day. They were truly remarkable. I will ask for them again.

I hired Cari for a second time because she was so hardworking and thorough 2 years ago when she organized my guest bedroom and storage area. She absolutely crushed it again, going above and beyond to get my stuff sorted by discard, donate or keep lists. She expertly disassembled bed frames, carefully packed up my fragile items (LOTS of them), and purchased boxes and other moving supplies before she began. Cari donated my chosen items to charity and discarded my rejects, and never appeared judgmental when I absolutely couldn't part with my mom's ancient Guardian Ware roasting pan set, despite my admission that I've never actually used it! She is experienced and understands how hard it is to part with some things, but also will respectfully help you decide if you ask her to. So my not being there wasn't a huge issue in the end, and I felt so relieved hiring Cari to take this on when I couldn't. Her prices are reasonable and she is worth every penny. All of my stuff was thrown in and banged around inside of the truck on the way and there was SO MUCH damage done to my belongings. They destroyed my lamps, TV, scuffed up so many thing and spent approx. 8 hours on a pre-packed and sorted studio apartment move (I don't even understand how since they brought 6 movers). This company is a scam as far as I'm concerned. They overcharge, underdeliver and underperform. I tried to get at least my TV reimbursed and that couldn't even be done. Avoid at all costs, you might as well hire literally anyone else.
