After seeing various chiropractors in and outside of Calgary, my back issues were never fully addressed and certainly never "fixed" until I started seeing Dr. Mark. In the six years I have been his patient, my back has never felt better! He is also an excellent source of information for athletes and triathletes and the injuries we face. The clinic staff are always friendly and courteous, appointments are easy to get and there is a feeling that you are part of the family there. Very highly recommended! read more

A multidisciplinary wellness centre offering quality care to the communities of south Calgary since 2001. Our practitioners specialize in caring for active families committed to maximizing their health potential!

Meet the Business Owner: Mark P.

Dr. Mark completed his Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Calgary (Calgary, Alberta) in addition to attending Moorpark College (Moorpark, California) while playing college baseball. He was subsequently accepted into the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto, Ontario. Following four years of intensive study and chiropractic internship, Dr. Mark graduated Cum Laude and received the Excellence in Research award in 1999. Dr. Mark places a high priority on active living and strives to maintain a healthy, balanced lifestyle. He is dedicated to continued education in the areas of health and wellness, including physical fitness, nutrition, personal development and spiritual growth. He enjoys coaching his kids in their sporting activities and continues to increase his individual participation in the sport of triathlon, having completed multiple Ironman distance events.

My husband one day advised me to see someone. He said its covered so why not. Asked a coworker and was told to see Nadim at legacy . So I did. I had never seen a chiropractor before. Infact never had a massage before. Well........ I have absolutely no pain today . None. My body has never felt better . Never. I have more energy , more strength than I think I have ever had. That lingering discomfort I had for years , that zapped my energy is gone. I feel happy. Thankyou Nadim . God bless.
