I noticed they were active on Facebook so finally I direct messaged them through that in which they had me fill out another form with my information and I still have yet to get a response from them. It's interesting that people are saying Angela is super great and responsive when she has yet to answer ANY of my messages. But is posting daily on social media. Kind of ridiculous for a venue to not have any pricing information on their website and simultaneously not answer people when they inquire about the venue.

There is a beautiful room upstairs for the bride to get ready, plenty of room for the photographer to move around and get the shots he needed. Light filled room with privacy. The food is catered in house. Everything was tasty, not too salty as can be with catered food. Food issues/allergies were taken into consideration. My only issue with the venue and staff is that the wedding reception was until 11:00pm and at 8:00, they started removing all drink glasses and water from the tables. The second people were finished eating, everything was rushed and we felt like they just wanted everyone to leave. We asked many times for water and were told we can get a glass at the bar. When I did, it was removed from my table almost as soon as I put it down. I bought a couple mixed drinks from the bar and when I went on the dance floor and returned, my drinks were gone! They also tossed my slice of wedding cake that I was saving.

We purchased the 'Everything but the Dress' package and it was truly a stress-free process. Andrea and John have been truly wonderful to work with, very responsive to messages, and very accomodating to our requests. About 3 months before the Wedding Day, we had an Engagement Photo Session, and the photos were so beautiful we used one for our wedding invitations! On the Big Day, the venue was so beautiful, the cake was delightful, the hors d'oeuvres were plenty and delicious! Andrea has perfectly captured our wedding colors through the cake, boutonnieres, and the bridal party bouquets which were just stunning to look at! John was excellent, and he also put some humor into the ceremony! He worked with me in outlining the ceremony, as well as my music choices (I have given him too many music selections!). The ceremony was amazing and everything went smoothly! Andrea has kept me up-to-date with all developments with the wedding planning. She made sure everything was perfect! She took beautiful photos throughout the day, before the ceremony in the bridal suite, during the ceremony (capturing all the most precious moments), and after the ceremony for portraits with the family. She made sure all the guests were happy and taken care of. As a bride on her wedding day, it could be easy to forget some moments as the day goes by really fast, and it could get overwhelming, but the photos have made me remember how magical the day was, and the experience made me really say to myself: 'I do not want this day to end'. John and Andrea were incredibly nice and accommodating to what we wanted our wedding to be. The wedding package that we chose took care of the entire ceremony for us... we just had to show-up in our attire and enjoy ourselves. We gave Andrea our colors, met with the baker, Katherine Lima, to chose our cake and chose to include the Ilaria Duet as our musical option, but beyond that, we didn't have to do much. John was phenomenal and made the entire ceremony flow very smoothly. Andrea, along with her assistant, captured the entire day for us in photographs; we have so many amazing pictures to choose from for our wedding album. Everything on the website looked great, but we wondered whether they would be LGBT friendly. Then we noticed their Same-Sex Gallery which answered that question. We booked in March for an October wedding and right from the beginning, they were very prompt and professional in responding to us. We had some special needs and they were very accommodating. We signed the contract for the Classic #3 Package and sent the very reasonable deposit. All questions were answered right away. On the day of the wedding, everything went as planned. It had seemed like a lot to get done in less than an hour, but Kathy and Kim had clearly developed a system that made the wedding special without feeling rushed. Our more than 50 photo proofs came more quickly than expected. They were so great that we couldn't choose just the 15 included in our package. They offered us the complete set at a very reasonable price, so, we got them all. Kathy navigated us through the ceremony and took such great photos! She sent us contact sheets afterwards with all of our photo options so we could choose our favorites as part of the package.
