We figured she would not eat as much and not be as lively because of her being anxious from her being away from us, however when we picked her up it was much worse than what we expected. We picked up our 10 month old lab puppy who was covered in filth. She is white so you could see clearly all over her legs how dirty she was. We did not notice until we had gotten home since she was so excited for us to bring her home (gee I wonder why). She also REEKED of urine, probably had been sitting in it for the entire stay that's how bad it smelled. When we got home her paws were even still wet and her fur was stained, and the whole family was now smelling of urine. I wish we had taken pictures to show the damage but we washed her as soon as we smelled it and had to clean the whole house. If the owner of the establishment reaches out I will update my review accordingly, but as of right now I am very upset about our puppy's treatment!

I was told that I would receive follow-up information within three days. However, it has now been more than three weeks, and I have not received any updates. Despite my reaching out to the clinic, I was only told that the doctor would be notified--yet I still have not received a call, email, or any communication. This lack of follow-through is unacceptable, especially when dealing with such a serious and time-sensitive health matter. The uncertainty and lack of updates have caused my family unnecessary stress and has left my cat without the proper care or treatment plan he urgently needs.

After they redid stiches, they held, and he healed just fine thankfully. I appreciate their care and not being afraid to work with a dog who is anxious/reactive towards strangers/vet.

We had to unexpectedly euthanize our sweet old Labrador. We did NOT research anything just knew we…read moredidn't want her to suffer. We reached out to CVets. They used a pet gurney to comfortably get her out the car. They put us in a private room where we could say goodbye to her. It was so much nicer than we expected. The room is not pictured as we weren't thinking about anything but our sweet girl. They partnered with Faithful Companions to conduct the cremation. Today, we picked up our pups remains and just lost it. Faithful companions not only cremated our pup as we requested, they collected a paw print and a locket of her fur. Just so thoughtful. We will be forever grateful for their attention to detail. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

I know they deal with a lot of pet parents losing it and he did a wonderful job checking us in, getting his history and just being kind. I wanted to hug him. Our winky stinky stayed a few days in which we received multiple calls to update us on his care and how he was doing. We left that night knowing he was in good hands and left a few nights later knowing they did their best! They made sure we had complete information with regard to care, regimen and diet moving forward as well as many suggestions on what to do when we detect the early signs of a blockage. I found Grooms by Nicole on the web and she worked us into her schedule. Nicole was very sweet and patient with our pup and within about 5 minutes had her nails trimmed (for a very reasonable cost) and we were on our way.
