Mr. Rooter's technicians came out at about 6:30 on a Friday afternoon to diagnose the problem. They were unable to replace the bad water heater right then, but did fix it so we could temporarily get hot water over the weekend. They brought out a new water heater on Monday morning and installed it. The technicians were friendly but professional, very competent, fast and efficient, and did an excellent job, all the while keeping in mind they were performing the work for us--the customer. (So many service providers these days just want to get the job done and get the check without regard for quality or service.) They were sincerely dedicated to making sure we had good quality equipment installed perfectly and to our satisfaction. They are now our go-to plumbers.
