I went there for a funeral from my boss's mother everyone was very nice very accommodating friendly…read morekind courteous I know thiat some people would say that you would expect this from a funeral home but in all on the chain's of funeral homes Chapman have been exceptional and all the time that I've ever dealt with them of any kind. I always come in with my flowers to the funeral home and I always make a meal for the family for after the week they are very accommodating about putting it in the refrigerator if it's a cool meal or on the in the kitchen if it's hot meal and making sure the family I was accommodated when it's over. This time they had chocolates in the entryway where people sat and relaxed and talked with other family members etc. like a calling type room they had boxes of chocolates which are apparently the deceased favorite. I thought that was extremely thoughtful thing to do.

But they were kind caring just overall nice people and I know it's probably part of their job and part of their business but you know not really some people just are not meant for any job but these people are almost like you were family and they were treating you with such respect it was wonderful. I went back today but not to the funeral home but to go to the services as a church and then later to the cemetery and I just saw how wonderful they have done such a great job.

Although the funeral home eventually agreed to refund and reprint the prayer cards, the overall lack of compassion, communication, and attention to detail made an already difficult time much harder.
