After leaving, I requested a refund minus the cost of the care I actually received, which I felt was a reasonable request. Initially, I was offered only a $1,000 refund, which I did not feel reflected the limited services that were provided. After nearly two years of back-and-forth communication trying to resolve the situation, Galina eventually agreed to refund $3,000. However, despite that agreement, the refund was never actually provided. Over the course of this process I repeatedly followed up politely by email asking for updates or a timeline, but the situation was never resolved. Meanwhile, I had to seek care elsewhere and even pay out of pocket for emergency care through another provider. This entire experience has been extremely frustrating. I paid $6,000 and after months of trying to resolve things respectfully, I was left without the agreed refund and with very little care provided.

In fact, I would say their household goods section and furniture section didn't exist. And as far as clothing goes, it seemed like the prices were a little steep given 2nd hand clothes and the fact you can buy new stuff for those prices if you hit the sales right.
