I got two really fun purses, a kitty-shaped one and a furry one. I went around Black Friday and there were some tops on sale $5 and bogo in the back and I found some really pretty tops. One I wore the next weekend to Art Basel, along with my new furry purse! The owner was a very nice woman and she mentioned her young adult daughter curates and manages most of the pieces in the shop. I told her her daughter has great taste! Definitely recommend stopping by to find some fun new pieces and thrifting is a lot more sustainable than consuming new things, so hoping this encourages me to try it out more!

Awesome merchandise with great prices but also because of the service here. The owner is a nice lady and she made sure we were helped the whole time. As a Black customer, I have noticed there appears to be little to no diversity or representation among staff, and employees frequently speak among themselves in Spanish around customers, which can feel excluding and unprofessional. My concern is about the overall customer experience and creating an environment where all customers feel respected and included. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and works toward improving the atmosphere for everyone.

I would come here during the week or very early, as it can feel chaotic with all the stuff and people. I went on a Saturday morning as soon as it opened and it gets packed pretty quickly.

They are also keeping millions of pounds of items out of landfills every year. This is a very large Goodwill Store on Dixie Hwy. in Palmetto Bay in south Miami. What stood out to me about this store was the incredible level of organization it had. It looked like the Home Edit ladies got their hands on it. I didn't have high hopes when entering because the door was disgustingly dirty but once I stepped inside I was impressed. All of the clothes were grouped by color, shoes were perfectly lined up, everything was by size, type, and in it's place. Most Goodwill's are organized but this was next level. It made me want to go home and tidy up my own closet. I do enjoy exploring a Goodwill but now that I have discovered the pay by pound outlets I tend to prefer the thrill of the hunt there. Still if you are in the area, this is a good store to stop in if for no other reason than organization inspiration.
