No class routine is the same. Each instructor plans their lessons and adapts the moves to each client in their (limited size) classes. New to me, and I'm very excited about: Reformer Pilates (reformer, tower, cardio jumpboard, mat and mixed equipment to name a few of the class "styles"), Yamuna Ball Rolling, Gyrokinesis and Gyrotonics. Maybe in another month I'll be ready to try one of the Barre classes that Jennifer Stinson teaches. Jennifer is a fun and motivational teacher who also teaches several of the Pilates Reformer classes, and she's gotten to know me and my capabilities well. I'm falling in love again with Yoga, lead by the awesome Virginia Logan. If my health/wellness negatively changes, I wouldn't hesitate to sign up for 1:1 private instruction classes to get me back to my best self. The instructors are well-versed in each of their low-impact, workout-exercise forms. I've attended Pilates mat, Mat Lengthen, Signature Barre (combo Pilates & barre & yoga), Define (oooh, baby!), Fly (silks) yoga, Flow (yoga), BB Bliss, BB Burn (ohhhhh, baby, baby!) and many of the 45 min. afternoon classes and 60 min. evening classes. I also took a Salty Yoga in the Salt Revival salt room! The only classes I haven't tried are those crack-of-dawn ones. Sending power to those ladies who workout before I'm awake! I am not, and have never been a ballet dancer. I am three months into classes at BodyBarre, and I can say that I am stronger, more balanced, and feeling better - because I'm moving small and large muscles during these workouts. BodyBarre is for ALL bodies, ALL ages. This is a place that truly welcomes, and encourages everyone. I would recommend anyone thinking of adding a little, or little more, or a lot of cardio to take a few BodyBarre classes at your own pace. In class, the instructor gently adjusts you to have lovely form and proper technique, which really makes a difference in how refreshing my workouts feel afterwards (apparently careless technique when I did pilates on my own sometimes just sort of left me feeling drained after my workouts). Having to pay attention elegant technique makes pilates from more than an isolated sweatfest during the day, and makes it seep into other parts of my life -- i.e. I've started getting compliments on my posture by my mother (the ultimate accomplishment). It's not too difficult for those just beginning -- the instructors seemlessly transition from warmup to sweatbreaking moves to cooldown. On the other hand it's quite quite sufficient for those wanting a good workout, and I've been satisfyingly sore from their classes many a time.

They welcomed us in with an actual welcome sign, and got us settled. It's a nice clean studio, or at least it was before I sweated all over it. The class we took was some kind of weights/yoga hybrid, and believe me when I say it was HARD. I couldn't do it all. I had to take breaks. So many squats. So much sweat. I really love that ClassPass is everywhere, because it let me check this place out at a pretty low cost. We'll definitely come back when we're back in town.

Did 4 rides here over thanksgiving break and loved it…read more I believe you are able to get your first ride free but I purchased a special pass they were offering for $49 that allowed me to ride as many times as I wanted over this specific two week period. I was only here for about a week but still thought I got value from the pass. This is not my first class but I'm also not a master just yet! I do 2-3 cycles a week back home and I started in late August of this year (so I'm about three months in). These classes were very similar to what I am used to back home and the new choreography was easy to pick up on. From a studio perspective I love the clean, white aesthetic with pops of orange. The front desk staff is very nice and helpful. During cycling the instructors change the light settings and it definitely keeps you focused, on beat, and having fun. I cycled with a handful of instructors, all amazing, but I love love loved Aaron's themed rides. Hannah Montana vs Miley and thankful next were both bangers. Great playlists and I found him super motivating.

They help set you up on a bike and have the cutest sign on a locker for you to feel really welcomed. No need to bring towels because they are provided. Instructors are high energy and get you cycling with amazing song selections. Before you settle into your bike, make sure the weights that are racked onto your bike are sufficient for you to do an arm exercise at the end. If not switch them out to go lower or higher. Now go ahead and book a bike and cycle to you feel the burn!

While the classes are great and something I would have continued for years to come I just can't get…read moreover customer service. I had an IVF transfer and froze my account. Before my account was to be unfrozen they sent out a text and I was able to freeze again. I wasn't going to unfreeze until I felt the embryo and now fetus was safe to be put h deer some pressure during the workouts. This happened for two months, kind text, replied to keep account frozen no problem. The third month however, the text was sent and I had replied back to keep account frozen due to some pregnancy issues that needed to be addressed first. League City then replied to my text that it was too late to freeze my acct and I needed 7 days to do so. It was confusing because their text before had been sent in time but now all of sudden it wasn't. I was then told to email my concern to manager. I did so and explained the confusing texts from Club Pilates, with some months being able to freeze and now not although replying minutes after their text was sent about my account. I also explained the issues with this pregnancy and wouldn't come back until those were settled. Someone finally called me two days later and had no compassion and rudely interrupted me several times. Would I go back, no. I'll find another studio that works with their clients with more care than Club Pilates. I was an unlimited member and would come 4-5x a week and to be treated like this is a shame.

Thats new managements way of stalling on the fix, not wanting to spend the money just like they did in November when it broke. Most frustrating. The only reason I'm still a member is because its only 5 minutes from my house and my office but GD they sure make it tough to stay. This is Houston, 5th largest city in the nation and you cant get a part to fix a steam room, makes no sense. Think twice before joining.
