Did 4 rides here over thanksgiving break and loved it. I believe you are able to get your first ride free but I purchased a special pass they were offering for $49 that allowed me to ride as many times as I wanted over this specific two week period. I was only here for about a week but still thought I got value from the pass. This is not my first class but I'm also not a master just yet! I do 2-3 cycles a week back home and I started in late August of this year (so I'm about three months in). These classes were very similar to what I am used to back home and the new choreography was easy to pick up on. From a studio perspective I love the clean, white aesthetic with pops of orange. The front desk staff is very nice and helpful. During cycling the instructors change the light settings and it definitely keeps you focused, on beat, and having fun. I cycled with a handful of instructors, all amazing, but I love love loved Aaron's themed rides. Hannah Montana vs Miley and thankful next were both bangers. Great playlists and I found him super motivating. read more

Nice to have a cycle place near me! Friendly welcoming staff. Your first cycle and shoes are free. There are different cycling packages you can purchase and your shoes are a $1. They help set you up on a bike and have the cutest sign on a locker for you to feel really welcomed. No need to bring towels because they are provided. Although you may want to bring a water bottle because you are going to need to hydrate from the river of sweat you are about to produce. Instructors are high energy and get you cycling with amazing song selections. Before you settle into your bike, make sure the weights that are racked onto your bike are sufficient for you to do an arm exercise at the end. If not switch them out to go lower or higher. Oh man, where do I start. I have never in my life worked out somewhere that had the community and most insane best energy ever, than I have at Rush. My first class ever was with Hannah and all I needed was one to sell me. I was going through a tough time at the time, and her encouraging and motivating words brought me to actual tears. What I love is there is no judgement in the room. Once those doors shut, lights are off and music starts... it's just you and the workout. Everyone is so incredibly nice from the riders to the staff. It's truly like a second family. Because of the atmosphere at Rush, it makes it easy to hit my fitness goals and enjoy working out. read more

I would like to begin this review by saying that Rush Cycle changed my life in many ways during my time at this location. There is a certain energy and aura about cycling that Rush seems to really capture perfectly! I spent four months attending classes non-stop and felt on top of the world. This location offers an array of classes for beginners and riders who want a challenge. The ladies at the front desk always were extremely helpful and made me feel loved from the moment that I stepped inside. They have shoes in all sizes for men and women for cycling that are available for rent during class at the small price of only $1.50 The membership prices might seem a little intimidating but they are totally worth the investment in the long-run. Plus on the unlimited monthly membership, you are able to go to as many classes as you would like toooo! I loved the themed rides. Around once a month they offer speciality classes with perfect playlists that the instructors craft to a teee. My favorite one has got to be the travis Scott VS. Drake. The instructors are outstanding and kind-hearted beyond words. Throughout the classes you feel a sense of community and empowered to keep pushing even If you can hear your heart beating out of your chest. If you are even remotely scared to try out Rush, I recommend just riding for one beginner class on a Saturday morning in the back row. So I decided to give this place a try after seeing all my friends go and I LOVED it!! The people who worked there were so nice and helpful and answered all of my question. It was my first time attending a cycling class and so I felt a little lost but everyone was really nice and I had a lot of fun! The place is really clean and they even give you towels, which was a blessing because I sweat so much. You get lockers there as well. You can sign up for their monthly rate and have a certain amount of classes in a month, or go for one class at a time which is $20/class. Rush Cycle League City has completely changed my life. The first time I drove passed the studio I remember thinking to myself that I would love to work out there, but not feeling like I would belong. Everyone there was so fit and beautiful, and I was very overweight. For the last 5 years I had struggled with loosing weight and was starting to lose my identity. I seriously m felt like I was being buried alive under all the weight I had put on. So I gathered up my courage and booked my first class. At first I tried to be invisible, like I had always done since I gained wait. But when I met the instructor Julie, she was not about to let that happen! She instantly made me feel like I was important by just coming up to me and making me smile and getting me pumped up for the class. And at the end, even though my downstairs bone was feeling like I took a sledgehammer to it, I knew I wanted to come back, but that it was going to be a rough road. For my very first full length ride I road in the back and honestly had to tell myself to just do what I could, don't stop peddling and that walking out wasn't an option because everyone would see me and know. Lol but by the end, Melissa had empowered me so much that even though in the whole 45 minute ride, not adjusting my gear higher then a 1, and only riding 2.2 miles... I DID NOT FEEL DEFEATED. I was hungry for more! So here I am 1 year later, 50 lbs lost and so much more gained. This place is hilarious and obviously run by people that know nothing about business. They are truly idiots and won't be in business a few months from now. 1) the place is very cliquey as the owners only care about their friends and no one else. They treat the normal paying customers like crap. 2) they had a grand opening and advertised hard on a 8am start time. So, I got there at 8am and I was turned away. Why weren't they ready? Why advertise 8am and not be ready? No business sense here 3) you pay for their "unlimited" membership and you can never get a reservation. Is that truly "unlimited"??? Lol. Can't seem to go more than twice a week 4) you sign up and select a bike....right before you leave home you get an email with a totally different bike number. WTF? I LOVE rush cycle my only complaint is more early morning or late evening classes- This it the best place to work out by far but since they don't offer child care (and many moms/women need this) it seems the earlier times before work or after work for so someone can watch the kids and or for working Parents (to come before or after work even if they don't have children) would be better! I started with a groups of 4 ladies and we all Struggled with the same prob 5:15 am gets the work out in and we could all make it to Work 8pm kids are in bed and we could make it work! However there were only 2x5:15am per week and nothing later than 6:45 - which is 2 times per week. read more

First of all, as far as a workout, you will get a good one in a 45 minute time span. I am not a fan of the rank in the data that is pushed out after the class as I think that it places unrealistic expectations on you. However, the app is great, especially for booking ahead of time. Overall, the place caters to the 20s and 30s crowd. If you want underpinnings of motivational speak with a string of four-letter words sprinkled in for good measure, during your workout, along with heavy recruitment for Clear Creek Community Church, you will definitely get it at Rush. All of that aside, they serve the purpose for me in terms of a workout. Also, be aware of the late cancel fee ($20), if you don't cancel within 12 hours. This can make it difficult for those of us who deal with traffic getting home after work. read more

I already posted a review but I was having technical difficulties so I deleted it and I am posting it again. I have been going to rush cycle since day one and I'm obsessed! Out of all the fitness classes I've done in my lifetime it is definitely one of the most challenging classes that never gets old no matter how many times you come a week. Every instructor is different based on music choice and routine style but they are all amazing. Love love love! Also I started bringing my mom who has knee problems. She insists that since she's been going to cycle classes hear her knee problems have disappeared and even helped her tennis game. We are huge supporters of Rush Cycle and always will be!! read more

I love it here so much! I've been doing hot yoga for over a year but wanted something more high intensity and I found it here. Class goes by so fast because of the fun, energetic environment and I genuinely look forward to going. The place is very clean and there's lockers for your belongings which I really appreciate. The bathrooms are stocked with basic hygiene equipment like deodorant, dry shampoo, face soap, etc. I do wish they had locker rooms with showers because this place is quite far from my house but that minor inconvenience isn't enough to keep me away. read more

I just went to an opening day class and it was amazing!! Super high energy instructors & nice, clean, new bikes. Everyone was incredibly friendly. The class flies by because it's really fun and engaging -- at some points you kinda feel like you're dancing with everyone in the room. I love that they incorporate upper body movements pretty heavily too! read more

I looked up Rush Cycle online after driving by. I saw they offered a free introductory class so I decided to take advantage. And I'm so glad I did!! I walked in, not knowing what to expect and the people couldn't be friendlier or more helpful. They answered all my questions without making me feel dumb, helped me get set up on the bike and the instructor, Tiffani even came by to introduce herself before the class started. I've never really been into exercise, but I love Rush! I definitely feel stronger since I started going. The instructors all have their different styles, so when you try it out, make sure to take the time to find the instructor that works best for you! Toni is my personal favorite! She is so motivational and encouraging. I love her indie music choices, too. She also takes the time to remind you of how to have good form while cycling, so you don't get injured. I use the Rush app to book my bike and I get email and calendar reminders - so helpful!! Thanks Rush!! read more
